I have booked 4 tickets from puducherry to mahe but unfortunately by my mistake I put a wrong date and with in a minute I checked the option to change the date but their is no option there is only cancellation option and they said there is a reduction of 10percent why like this and at that busy time I cancelled and I booked another 4 ticket to the next date why this much amount i should waste for a date mistake and i changed it with in 10min...

I booked my ticket today that is 5.04.2023 from karaikal to pondicherry for the date 9.04.2023, my money is debited from the bank but the ticket is not confirmed...

I have booked ticket from Angul to Berhampur using Bus India application. Money deducted from the account but ticket not booked.Neither I got message nor mail about the ticket confirmation. So please let me know when I get my refund my money....

I tried booking bus ticket round trip from Bangalore to Pondicherry in Bus India app. After the money transaction the app got crashed and stoped suddenly. They took the money of 492 rs. It showed the payment is successful to the PayUMoney gateway. I wish for repayment of money. Currently I have only the OB reference ID which I attached....
