Busindia — amount debited but not received the ticket

My name is lokender singh pal, email: [protected]@rediffmail.com
On 3rd february 2019, at 10;45pm i booked a bus ticket from delhi to jalandhar via bus india. The price i. E. Rs.966 was deducted from credit card but i didn't recieve the ticket and neither it appeared on the screen.
It showed : http error:400
It suggests me to check failed transaction or cancellations but i haven't been assigned any pnr/ob number.
Please resolve my matter.
Refund my ticket or book me a one.
