[Resolved] Busindia — refund cancelled ticket amount | |||||
I am visvanath Contact details : [protected] [protected]@gmail.com. I booked ticket to travel in setc bus from chennai to trichy on 28th dec 2018 (Ac seater bus to karur) seat no 7w and the transaction reference no bi2401509. Amount debited soon. But pnr number not generated and subsequently ticket got cancelled in the busindia app. There is no way reach their customer care to inquire about this.
