    I booked 4 tickets pondicherry to chennai. total Rs.985/- dedcuted from my bank account but No ticket booked nor refund. Big Cheater. No answer or rigntone in Toll free no or helpdesk.

        You deserve one star only because your service sucks because in the morning i have booked a ticket for my travel dated on[protected] but after completing the transaction my money got deducted from my account and my ticket didn't even confirmed neither I got e-ticket nor the costumer care number work and even the mail service works properly.

              Non issue of tickets

              I booked a ticket from Bhanjanagar to bhubaneswar for 4th oct in osrtc by making a payment of rs 301/- through net banking. The amount was debited but could not get the PNR or ticket. My details are

              Hi, I recharged the Bi wallet on[protected]:57 PM through PAYTM bank payment, the amount 147 rupee debited from my indian bank account transaction id[protected] but the amount is not received by BI wallet. so, kindly consider my complaint & reverse my amount to my bank account again

                As I booked my tickets for Karaikal to chennai. But I didn't get my seat allotment detail and so called PNR number also. So I didn't go on SETC bus. I have complaint about this on their mail and I have contacted but they are unreachable. So how to get my money they deducted 1850 rupees from my account.

                  I bOoked ticket from Bhubaneswar to berhampur yesterday money also deducted from my account but didn't receive my ticket yet. Even after mailing them and sending reminders on mail they don't even bother to solve the issue and send me a reply. Such a pathetic service they have . I recommend no one to use this service.

                    Sir/mam,
                    I have made an online booking for seat no.26 in prtc bus for 19/5/2023 5:29 am bus from pondicherry to mahe.

                    But, when i paid through my Google pay, suddenly, the page not working error popped up and money was already debited from my account. I neither received ticket booking confirmation, nor my money back. I also don't know if the ticket has been booked.

                      Karaikal to Puducherry bus (6.10pm bus). The amount debited but ticket not booked. Help center says that the amount will refund within 7 days. But no refund processed till now

                            I have booked ticket seat no. 31, 32 from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur on 09.03.2023 for amount of Rs. 614/-; although my account was debited but ticket not received in my mobile no. When i called customer care of busindia they confirmed that that particular transaction has failed and the amount will be refunded within 7 days. So we booked our ticket again. But while travelling on the particular date the bus staff told us that the that particular seat 31, 32 was booked on our name and they cannot provide us refund from their end. Ki dlllndy resolve my issue.

                              I booked a ticket from Bhawanipatna to Rourkela scheduled on 27feb 2023 today amounting Rs 1440. Even after a successful transaction via PhonePe I did not get the tickets either on my mail or on my given phone number.

                              So I kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and give me the refund or the tickets for the same for which I shall be grateful to you.

                                Money debited but ticket not received

                                I've booked ticket in PRTC AC Volvo from Pondicherry to Chennai via ECR on Jan 22nd at 1.30 PM via guest login.
                                Amount of rupees 270 was successfully paid through UPI but ticket was not received either in SMS or email. I call and checked with customer support and they responded that ticket was cancelled and money will be credited back to account within 7 days but when I checked back the app was showing as the seat was booked. Not sure...

                                I have booked 4 bus tickets for tomorrow 4:16 am from Karaikal to Puducherry on 12/01/2023 at 7:06. The total fare of 587 was debited but we still didn't receive the mail or any source for confirming our ticket. I have tried to contact the customer care through call but no response.

                                  Recently I made a payment amount of rs 308 in BusIndia using UPI for booking a bus ticket. Amount got debited from my account but was not reflected in their app or webpage and nothing is showing in their portal it's completely blank. Their customer service is not responding to any of my emails or calls. Later I checked their review in the google play store and many of the users facing the same problem. I feel they are doing a scam out of this.
