Busindia — Amount deducted but ticket not booked and now no one answering on toll free number

I tried to book ticket from Bangalore to siruguppa Once transaction has been failed .. that's ok . But again i tried and payment gateway shown payment successful .. but I didn't got any conformation msg on number and even not conformation mail too . as i said to them that i have screen shot of payment i sent them bt now no one answering my calls
