I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar - jeypore (OSRTC) on 16th March 2023 at 1:29 PM...PAYED THROUGH PHONEPAY UPI 705/- RUPEES
MONEY DEDUCTED BUT NO CONFIRMATION MAIL OR MSZ RECEIVED
OR NO CANCELLATION & REFUND MAIL OR MSZ RECEIVED ...THEY SAID 7 WITHIN 7 DAYS MONEY WILL REFUNDED, AFTERTHAT THEY SAID CALL US ON MONDAY FOR REFERENCE NO
