i didnt get any response frtom ur side this my 6th compl;aint but i didnt get any response from ur side and i called several times to ur locxal agent they also didnt rensponse i need ur response as soon as possible

Myself availed a two wheeler loan from BAI and I have been paying the EMIs regularly till the spread of covid 19 pandemic. Due to covid I lost my job and have no income source. Somehow I manage to pay the EMIs but not on a specific date. I am paying the EMI before completion of current month.
Even after that Ms Haarika calling me several times and sending whatsapp messages and also she is threatening me that recovery agent will come handover the vehicle and also pay extra amount on thousands. Owing to my present condition it causes me lot of mental harassment.
Plz look into the matter and take necessary action against Ms Haarika
