[Resolved] Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — Misleading/No proper communication/harassment | |
I had taken an auto loan for my bike and was paying on time. Suddenly, they said that they are not able to withdraw money from my account automatically and so they'll call me every month and I can pay them via Paytm. All of a sudden during pandemic they put my account in moratorium without my knowledge. After few months they charged me 10, 000 extra for moratorium tax which I never requested. Secondly whatever amount I paid so far they never reported to Cibil bureau, My account has not been update from past 3-4 months. I have been calling these guys and they have no idea. The customer care executives are rude and has no idea about how the systems work. I am extremely tired of this nuisance and want to take this to consumer court for mentally harassing me for nothing if this is not resolved now. Was this information helpful? | |
