I have purchased a there burner butterfly gas stove but which burner lower part is broken. I have called the shopkeeper where I have purchased the product he lodge a complaint in my behalf a technician came from his company he told me that he order it from head office and asked me the happy code I have shared with him .He told he will resolve the problem in three days but after 12 days 35 call he did not receive my call. So finally I called butterfly customer care number they told your case is close then I have realised the fradunt of the company technician. It is the matter of life risk . As it is manufactured defect one life can be loss . So I have suffered mentally physically financially. Seriously worst company .

While mixing the rice and white chick peace, it's thrown out of the grinder the creche.

I have raised a complaint with Butterfly. But it has been canceled without contacting me. And the cancellation note was made as Customer Not attend the Phone....

Now it is not working. It is the second time within 3 months o[censored]se the product is found malfunctioning.
I contact your customer care on 18/10/21, but they were very arrogant and reluctant even to hear the complaint.
I expect your immediate response to correct the product and expect much better product quality and customer service as a branded home appliance company.

Purchased Mixer Grinder(Stallion 4 Jar) just 10 months back. Product is completely worst & all 4 jar's blade are worst quality & got broken. Jars get jumped out (like blast out)of mixer for 3-4 times while using. Even after service it's happening same. I don't want such worst product & get harmed by this further. Please I want refund of Rs.5390. which I've paid for that. If you don't refund the same, I'll go to consumer court & file a complaint against your brand. Hope you consider this soon & reply me as soon as possible before heading into the court. By the way I don't want any replace or service now onwards. I need a refund. That's it.. Also the shop owner said us to do a complaint against a your brand if we ask for a refund & was so rude.. So we do the same if you don't reply me...

Hello,

I bought a butterfly rhino from Dimple Home Appliance, HSR Layout Bangalore on 6th July 2019.

Product is in Warranty for 5 Years.

Product went faulty with one pulley in Motor belt.
I raised a service complaint to Butterfly customer care @ [protected].

I have been contacted by them on 29th June 2020 & they came and checked. Moment they came to know the product is under warranty, and I refused to pay for service, they stopped picking my calls or refusing to fix the warranty.

Could you help me to get my Butterfly rhino wet grinder fixed?

After one month of purchase, the product stopped working. I visited the nearest service centre RK Service centre GT road, srikakakulam, Andhrapradesh. The product was handed over to the service center. Even after 10months of my patience I couldn't get my kettle replaced. But hardly could get a product replacement...
