A nonstick cookware set purchased online was damaged within less than a, and they are providing replacement of new product.

I need service

Bought Butterfly 750W mixer from flipkart with 2 years warranty. In 6 months Motor started giving sparks, weird noise and burning smell while running.
Called customer care they created ticket B[protected], After a day service comes and says Motor is faulty needs replacements. He said he doesn't have motor at the moment and will bring replacement in 2 -3 days and will fix it. Ticket got closed on next day without any replacement motor and my issue being fixed. Then I raised another ticket B[protected] that also got closed on next day without resolution. I have raised another ticket numbered B[protected] and customer care and giving scripted responses. Every time Service guy assigned doesn't picks up phone and next day ticket is resolved. Company is doing fraud with consumers by charging heavy amount for warranty and providing bad quality product without any service in warranty period.
Whoever reading please avoid buying these brands any product

I complained at 19/07/22 for jet elite mixer which are not working grinder but any one not approach upto date.Then again called me service centre they asked me register complaint against I humbled request you to take action urgently to rapair mixer

I have purchased a there burner butterfly gas stove but which burner lower part is broken. I have called the shopkeeper where I have purchased the product he lodge a complaint in my behalf a technician came from his company he told me that he order it from head office and asked me the happy code I have shared with him .He told he will resolve the problem in three days but after 12 days 35 call he did not receive my call. So finally I called butterfly customer care number they told your case is close then I have realised the fradunt of the company technician. It is the matter of life risk . As it is manufactured defect one life can be loss . So I have suffered mentally physically financially. Seriously worst company .

I am using the above product since 25/06/2021. The product number is[protected] [protected].
Now it is not working. It is the second time within 3 months o[censored]se the product is found malfunctioning.
I contact your customer care on 18/10/21, but they were very arrogant and reluctant even to hear the complaint.
I expect your immediate response to correct the product and expect much better product quality and customer service as a branded home appliance company.

Burners are not working

Purchased Mixer Grinder(Stallion 4 Jar) just 10 months back. Product is completely worst & all 4 jar's blade are worst quality & got broken. Jars get jumped out (like blast out)of mixer for 3-4 times while using. Even after service it's happening same. I don't want such worst product & get harmed by this further. Please I want refund of Rs.5390. which I've paid for that. If you don't refund the same, I'll go to consumer court & file a complaint against your brand. Hope you consider this soon & reply me as soon as possible before heading into the court. By the way I don't want any replace or service now onwards. I need a refund. That's it.. Also the shop owner said us to do a complaint against a your brand if we ask for a refund & was so rude.. So we do the same if you don't reply me...
