Signature+gt 2b red stove purchased on may 2017 at chennai trade centre

Today while cooking it broken in to pieces and punctured the leg and got wounded with blood loss.
I really wonder how this product released without safety precautions and which regulatory body approved???

Still i wondered the behaviour of customer care, just a person visited taken photo. Asked me to wait for 15days for replacement, until then i have to keep the broken stove.

I asked him to take back to your office, but hesitate to take back he called his service head, that bleaty don't know how to talk and disconnected the phone.

Now my question is how to remove the broken glass pieces, where to keep the stove?

I bought a butterfly stove 2B signature Glasstop double burner on 9th june 2017 and on 25 Nov 2017 at about 10.30 am the glass top broke into pieces with a heavy noise and punctured the leg with blood loss. There is no safety, I wonder how the regulatory body release this product. Complaint no. B[protected] raised with butterfly company.
Pl don't buy this product!!
I gave my butterfly grinder for service as the motor got spoiled. They told it wl b solved with in 48 hour. But now it's been more than a month. Still that complaint is in open state. And response from customer care is also not good.

    We bought butterfly rhino model table top grinder from sathya agencies, porur on april, 2017. From the day 1, grinder is not grinding properly. We have complained about this to butterfly service center 4 times (Complaint number: b[protected]). No resolution has been provided and we have asked to replace the product or change the components. No response till now. I want product to be replaced or repaired properly.

      I have lodged the complaint for repair of the mixer - grinder on 20.10.2017 with complaint no. D[protected] with a assurance that complaint will be resolved within 72 hrs. On 25th oct again i called the service centre and it was informed that it will be attended on 26th but none attended. Today again when i call helpline number, strangely i was asked is it unattended?
      Horrific experience with butterfly service. Irresponsible staff with pathetic service. Will never buy butterfly product in future.

        I bought butterfly grinder on april 2017 from vasanth & co, ramnad branch. Initially, it started getting heat even when ran for 10mins also. Now, after 5months, it got busted and stopped functioning. Pfa, details of the material, it has 5years warrranty. Kindly replace or refund the amount.

But as on date not rectify the same and simply told that spare parts are not available. There is no proper response from customer care. It is totally spoiling the name of the butterfly.

              Re: butterfly matchless portable wet grinder as under:-

              The machine is terribly noisy. Drum is leaking. Complaint already forwarded. Service person came for checking. Company seems to be sleeping after taking hefty amount for a defective product. Other colleague brought along with me is also not the least satisfied.

              Require immediate replacement with a brand new non defective and thoroughly checked grinder.

              Butterfly is trying to resolve issue by pasting some gum over the leakage and keeping utter silence about the roaring grinder. This is not acceptable to me.

              Take back your third rate faulty product and refund my money with interest and bank charges, else require immediate replacement with a brand new non defective and thoroughly checked grinder.

              I strongly feel all butterfly official are computer illiterates; never read or reply emails….just not the least bothered about their customers…even go to the extent o[censored]sing non food grade things inside the wet grinder….God alone can save their customers….

              The machine is terribly noisy. Drum is leaking. Complaint already forwarded. Service person came for checking. After three four days he came back with araldite gum. He made a layer inside the drum and advised my wife not to use the grinder for 4 – 5 days!!! I was not at home.

              Wonderful!!! Is araldite a food safe product? On what basis your service person is doing such dangerous things? How can he tell my wife not to use the brand new grinder brought at a hefty price for 4 – 5 days? In this is quality of product you people are selling and the casual and poisonous way you people are treating the customers?

              Take back your third rate faulty product and refund my money with interest and bank charges, else require immediate replacement with a brand new non defective and thoroughly checked grinder.

                So we purchased a butterfly gas stove in Jan 2016 and were informed by the seller of the goods that for good atleast one year there will not be a problem with it, as soon as we got it within a few days there the issue with knob to put the gas off and on, the knob just cracks. we first thought it may be a one of occurrence and the seller just gave us different knobs and we changed it, then the same thing happened again in jan 2016 and we complained to them, and they came and changed it, then on 21st may 2016 where we were charged an amount of Rs 20 to change, then again another one on 6th june 2016.. and this has again happened again on the 18th june 2016 which I will complain now. I have the complaint numbers, and the problem here is if the knob issue carries on and there is any leakage we may have a problem with somebody just getting killed, we have tried to tell this everytime to the team there but doesn't seem to be getting a positive response wanted to understand what we can do.. as this becoming a problem and would like to take the matter further as the their team confirms as they get such complaint from many other customers.

                  I bought butterfly wet grinder from megamore bangalore in april 2014 and it worked four times only. After that we given complaint to the service centres so many times and nobody gives proper reply.

                  I have contacted over phone nearly 15 peoples and everybody says serviceman will come to your house. But nothing has happened. The company has very poor service network.

                  Even if we give e-mail, it bounce back as they have printed their e-mail address with mistake. So it is advisable to avoid these type of products. Better go to the number one product.

                    I've purchased a butterfly lpg reflection gas stove 2 days back..While using the stove when the burnol gets fired the gas pipe which has connected to the burnol under the stove is also getting fired.. so that i can able to smell some wire which is getting melted.. I have noticed this problem last night so when i checked for the customer service number.. the shop where i bought this have provided only 9 numbers instead of a 10 digit mobile number! after finding its customer care number on net.. and when i made a complaint they said they will send a technician to solve this problem but till now no one is here to solve this issue! as it a mandatory need for a home I'm getting stucked with all my works..I'm quite afraid to use that stove! i have also mailed them but NO RESPONSE!

                      This is a request to all my friends, please do not purchase this brand of product from the market(Butterfly Rhino wet geinde). My mother purchased this wet grinder as she needs to grind her masalas and rice dough. Yesterday while using the butterfly rhino wet grinder it got overheated and caught fire. My mother would usually start the grinder and then come and check it after every few minutes. She did the same yesterday. After a few minutes the grinder caught fire which spread quickly. there were other things kept in racks which got burnt completely. I immediately turned off the main power and called for help. With the help of neighbours we were able to put of the fire but it took time as the fire was big. Please see the pictures of the remains. I called the company(Rhino butterfly) on their support number[protected]. They said a technician will come to our house within 2 days abd gave me a complaint number[protected]. The next day the technician came to check the grinder. He was shocked to see the condition. I told him what happened. He was not ready to agree that it was the grinders fault. I showed him the switch board which was intact also the spike guard was intact. If it was a short circuit both the board and spike guard would have got burned. But nuthing happend to them. I have a 5 year replacement warranty on the product and he refused to give us a replacement.
                      I had ordered the grinder from Amazon= unfortunately the parcel wasn't opened for a month till i arrived to see it .i understand that its passed the replacement period - but need help from u r company to get the inside of the stone grinders replace even if its an extra cost .so that i can use the grinder mixer .
                      pls advise .

                        sir, We purchased one butterfly glasstop gas stove with 3 burners on 04/04/2015 and have two year warranty.Within this period three burners was found not working against which we registered a complaint through the dealer kozhikode ( phone number: [protected]) and the complaint number was 692 and we waited for the executive and no one came.then again we contacted customer care but they said that the complaint was closed.Again we registered a complaint number 1920.and they didnt contacted us.we cannot use the gas stove we bought for Rs 5750/-. then they blocked our mobile number.if you are not caring us then we immediately complaint on the court and file petition against you. Now we are totally dissatisfied with the performance of the stove which we purchased spending Rs.5750/-. Now we feel that the stove is not useful for us. Hence we request to take remedial measures for our predicament by providing us a new conditioned stove or refund the amount by taking back the stove at the earliest.                           I purchase Butterfly 2 burner glass top gas stove (auto ingnition ) on nov 2014 . After some days we big hole in burner due to this gas is leaking over the burner when ever the stove is on . We raise the complaint after one week of purchase and visit the service engineer confirm the burner is issue and agreed to change the burner . But still they are not change the burner and the problem is not resolve and i almost call every day to the customer service they always give the irresponsible answer's ( like burner is not in stock, we will check with the manage and some other reasons ...) Past 4 months i called several times and sent a many emails But there is no responds from them and i am straggling with this worst product. Kindly do the needful . Thanks Ganesh

                            Hi Customer Care We have bought Butter Desire Glass top gas stove during end of 2012 at Saravana Stores Madipakkam, being reputed product he convinced us to buy this product. Since then we are facing trouble with this stove and escalated to service center, the technician just visiting and update that he fixed the problem or he just inspect and say there are some spare requirement to arranged. In this regards even after years to together none of the guy fixed the problem even the ticket booking it is great task and one will attend and provide the ticket. Such high cost of product not even worth the good old stainless steel stove lasted for more than decade. In this regards we have made many complaints for your reference I am providing the last one which we had some time 3 months back one engineer Hari, [protected] had turned and when ever followup the spares are not available is only answer we are receiving.                               I had purchased a butterfly desire glass top in the month of may 2012. within the last one year the knob has given problems twice and finally today on may 14th 2013 the entire glass top cracked when the cook was making chappati. So much for the much vetted glass top. There seems to be no quality check at the company. The risk it is exposing its customers is unbelievable. Fortunately the cook was able to move away in time otherwise she would have been hurt with the glass shattering around. I have already lodged a complaint with Mumbai dealer from whom I have purchased the stove. I am awaiting the company person to replace my stove as soon as possible.

                              This is to register a complaint of Butterfly 'Desire' glass top two burners. I had purchased the same from a dealer in Dadar in May 2012 and now within a year of buying it the glass top has shattered into small pieces. My cook was cooking chappati and some vegetables when all of sudden the glass completely cracked and broke into pieces all over the kitchen. I have registered a complaint with the dealer who will report the same to Butterfly.
                              I am awaiting a speedy response from Butterfly.
                              However the whole incident is extremely shocking and dangerous. My cook was alert to move away in time otherwise she could have been hurt.

                                We have purchased new 3B LPG gas stove from (Butterfly) Vasanth & Co dealer, wide Bill no [protected], dated 14/11/2012. we have in issue while staring the 1-st burner it is getting abnormal sound, which very dangerous in safety aspect , when we reported to nearest your service center.
                                The found some parts need to be replaced and they wants to bring the stove in to service center.

                                First of all we will not agree for replacement spares / service in new stove
                                this is your quality issue in manufacturing material defects.
                                when i ask dealer Vasanth-co they are not providing exact solution
                                ask to contact service centre
                                Do not buy any home appliances from Vasanth-co

                                  We would like to brought this incident to your notice regarding a Butterfly Glass Top gas stove. Today afternoon around 1 PM Glass Top of the Gas stove broken in the pieces with heavy noise, ladies at home got petrified and ran out of the house.
                                  Its a great disappointment for us to experience such incident with Butterfly product, which we have trusted all along. The Customer service representative are requesting us to wait for next two day to come and address the issue, which is really annoying. we bought it in the month of April 2011 at west Mambalam and we have the bill & Guarantee card.

                                  I purchased one cooker from reliance retail shop at potamal Calicut(Kozhikode), with in a week the fiber part of the handle
                                  broken and color changed inside. yesterday brought the same the shop and asked to replace or repair.
                                  The shop keepers arrogantly answered they were not responsible for any damage of the products. customer
                                  should direct to complaint the manufactures and bring the same there only. I gave the cooker to them
                                  for replace/repair, they didn't gave any receipt. The guarantee card is keeping myself.
                                  same problem happened in my house also today. the glass suddenly shattered and fell all around in the kitchen. I wouldnt recommend this glass-top stove to anybody due to the huge safety issues posed by them

                                    This is very unfortunate to make a complaint regarding some silly thing, but nothing to do.

                                    I have bought one Butterfly Blueline Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 5 Ltrs, from Hyderabad ( I went there for my official work). The cooker is really a good one than any other company. It is working fine.

                                    I wanted to get some extra spare parts of the cooker , like rubber gasket. I found that the spare part gasket for this model of pressure cooker is not available in Kolkata. Then I informed the company twice thorugh e-mail, called them also, but they are not entertaining.

                                    Just think, without a valid rubber gasket the cooker will not be functional !!!!!!

                                    In their official site, one e-mail id is invalid, but they are not aware of it. This is the id "[protected]@butterflyindia.com".

                                    I seek your help to get the rubber gasket for the cooker, I shall pay for it. Please help me. The barcode no of my cooker is.....212101.

                                    I have purchased a butterfly blueline 7.5ltr pressure cooker.
                                    And unfortunately have to write this bad review regarding butterfly customer service
                                    and support...
                                    I have been lied to again and again for the last 5 months that my
                                    free frying pan is being despatched and will receive it in no time!
                                    I will NEVER buy again from you untrustworthy people!!
                                    Thank you, so don't fall for that offer for a free gift
                                    and be deceived like me. Each time I phone they tell me
                                    its left the warehouse yesterday or is about to.

                                      I bought a butterfly Glasstop double burner on Mar 6 2011 and on 27 Dec 2011 at about 06.30 am the glass top broke into pieces and irony is that on that day morning we didnt even used it and automatically it broken into pieces with a heavy noise. Since we hoped that butterfly products are good we didnt cared about the guarantee card and bill and now when complained rather than their R&D investigating the reason they are demanding 1000 rupees for repairing it. Absolutely disturbing....

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I bought a Two burner Glass top Butterfly gas stove from RAJAN & CO NAGERCOIL 1 month back.
                                      The issue is with the BUTTERFLY stove is right control knop is not working and we had contacted the RAJAN & CO ‘s service center.
                                      Every day I contact RAJAN & CO ‘s service center, But they didnot responce my calls. I connot use this BUTTERFLY gas stove last 1 month.
                                      So please take a action and replace a new BUTTERFLY 2 BURNER GLASS TOP STOVE immediatly.
                                      If i didnot get a new one i will file this to cunsumer court because i am calling for 1 month to RAJAN & CO NAGERCOIL service center.

                                      I bought a Butterfly Reflection 3 nob Gas Stove from authorised dealer of Butterfly on 26.10.2013. On number of complaints it was installed on 31.10.2013 by the service representative. On the day of installation itself while using for the first time the glass top was turned into pieces with noise and spread all over the kitchen and spoiled food and hurt my wife too. The Product has manufacturing defect and I condemn the item not to use by any one in future.
