Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances — Butterfly Rhino table top wet grinder not grinding properly

I bought the wet grinder on July 2019, initially it was grinding well but lately neither the dal Or the rice grinds properly. I always grind them separately but some portion of dal doesn't grind at all, I have to coarsely grind fenugreek and soya seeds in a mixer before adding to the grinder. I request you to solve this issue and provide me with some suggestion.
