I have purchased Butterfly ss cookers 5l, 3l and 2l combo pack through flipkart on[protected]. O D no.[protected] dated[protected]. This set is in Udupi.
Further I purchased one more set through flipkart OD[protected] dated[protected]. This set is in Bangalore.

The capacity as per website description is 5l, 3l and 2l.
Recently on measuring it is found that actual measured capacity is 4l, 2.25l...

Wet grinder bought on January 2024 after 1 month o[censored]se the grinder is not grinding it properly..After repeated call to customer are care and service centre even after one month nobody came for service...

Dear team 2 months back we bought butterfly tower fan in poorvika mobiles after one week same got repair after that I have called to butterfly customer care support and given complaint about the same but it's been one month still no one has came and rectified the same kindly take proper action on this because next time public should not suffer and buy the butterfly products

After one month of rising complaint to butterfly customer care.still not resolved..

I bought butterfly rapid plus induction cooktop from flipkart
it stooped working 3 months ago so i called service support
a service person came and said its ic problem and he removed circuit board and taken with him.said he will replace 2 to 3 days but he never came till now
i called him 5 times he tells every time he will come in evening or tomorrow but he never came. i also called butterfly service regarding this 2 times and they said we will inform and send service person but service person never came tiil today
its almost 3 months

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the warranty coverage provided by Butterfly Company for the [BUTTERFLY INDUCTION] I purchased on[protected]. Despite the warranty period still being valid, I have encountered an issue with the product, and I believe it should be covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty.
I contacted to butterfly customer care support but he always gives service provider number .
It has been since one months making me fool that your product reached on this date but that date always increases.

We have mixy not working properly, so we decided to do a warrenty claim but the proffesional are not doing the work(repair the item), we have called the given phone number of the person(who repair the item for the warrenty form the store) but no answer in response. I boutht butterfly chimeny curve model on 15/8/2018 and it has stopped working recently, and the company techinial is saying it cannot be repaired.

I just bought the Butterfly Smart Glass Top 2 gas on Amazon. Ever since I bought it a year ago till yesterday there has been no problem. But the glass suddenly burst this morning and there was no loss of life. But we were devastated. Still the tension remains. I have purchased a induction from butterfly India.Induction stopped working within 2months.I rarely used that induction.So I have registered a complaint for the same.After many calls they came to pickup my product for replacement and it's been 1.5months from the date they picked my product .Now I don't have a product and customer care are worst.Call customer care executive regarding the same they told you directly have to call the service operator we can do nothing.And service operators says since you have purchased online it will take time And they don't even mentioning when will they provide.So, it's been almost 2.5montgs since the product is not working and by purchasing this product I have to literally got irritated.You have to call many times to tell them aaj pickup hoga ya nhi.After so many calls they take one action.Worst service.

I bought Butterfly Gas stove on may 2022 at Chennai saravanas store.With in 7 months my stove got fired on 23/01/2023 thru the On/Off Knob.

We all got panic and more frustrate at the moment Because of the flame spread-ed out and firing approx 3 feet from the stand. we tried to contact Butterfly service person he simply replied that Our technician will contact you and then we will take further action.

Very worst response and unsafe product from the company.

Help to get the new product, or guide to will go to the Next level for better solution.

We brought Butterfly Cute 5.5L Cooker in Saravana Selvarathanam Stores at Chennai on 31/07/2022.Few Months it works fine but in last 2 months the gasket starts coming out from the sides, spit out hot steam and liquid. Its create fear and stress to my old aged Parents while cooking.

I visited to the store no response and we also went to Butterfly service centre at Kodambakkam, They said its works fine and suggested few tips. We followed that tips and also we tried with new gasket but poor results. My old parents totally upset and they not able to visit every time to addressing this issue to the store.

We notice in website that most of people posted same complaint on this model. So Kindly address the issue and give permanent solution from stressful cooking.

Still warranty is there and must do the needful.
