I bought a butterfly rhino from Dimple Home Appliance, HSR Layout Bangalore on 6th July 2019.
Product is in Warranty for 5 Years.
Product went faulty with one pulley in Motor belt.
I raised a service complaint to Butterfly customer care @ [protected].
I have been contacted by them on 29th June 2020 & they came and checked. Moment they came to know the product is under warranty, and I refused to pay for service, they stopped picking my calls or refusing to fix the warranty.
Could you help me to get my Butterfly rhino wet grinder fixed?
