Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances — Orange Yellow flame in Big Burner

Hi All,

I recently purchased a Butterfly stainless steel two burner gas stove on 07/11/2020 from Butterfly Annanagar showroom. Day 1 onwards the big burner was burning “Orange/ yellow” flame, and the vessels very getting black and the small burner was making sound on reducing fully.
Complaint 1 :I raised my first complaint through butterfly customer desk on Nov 10/2020. An engineer came and changes the jet and went away.
Complaint 2: Issue was persisting. Raised the next complaint on Nov 19 2020. On 20th Nov 2020 a guy came and changes the jet again and left. Now the gas started to leak from the big burner. A new problem added to the existing one.
Complaint 3: Nov 23 2020, yet another complaint was raised. NO ONE TURNED UP TILL 26th Nov 2020. My wife was not using the gas stove as we feared it might burst. After much escalation an engineer turned up on 27/11/2020 and accepted that the previous guy did a stupid job, and this person changed what all that was needed to be changed and left.
The original problem still persisted.(Engineer is Vijaykumar)
Complaint 4: Raised another complaint immediately the next day on 28/11/2020. No response till 30/11/2020. Tried reaching Vijaykumar no response. Again after speaking to Dinesh no response. Then after 10 phones a guy came and reduced the intensity of the gas passing through the big burner and told us to change the cylinder and regulator. We have been treated with utmost undiligent manners. Even an uneducated person knows the science of LPG gas stove. Escalated the same to Shanmugam ( told us he was the service manager), This Shanmugam spoke to us and was not ready to accept the problem. Rather was rattling that he has done everything possible and will send a person further to look into this. We never shared the happy code of this complaint as we were not happy with the service. BUT THIS SHANMUGAM CLOSED THE COMPLAINT WITH OUT OUR CONCERN AS OF 28/11/2020.

Am assuming somebody at leadership level is looking at this issue closely. My humble request is to change the gas stove with a new one as the problem is persisting in spite of all the fixes.

I wish to escalate a complaint regarding the Butterfly Gas stove. I have purchased 3 B automatic gas stoves on 21 sep 18 from Murugan Steel Centre shop No 9 Juhi Garden Plot No.8 Sector.7 Kamothe Navi Mumbai vide invoice no 3094 dated 21 .09.18. From the beginning onwards the left burner and subsequently the small was not functioning properly, a couple of times with the ibid shop and your technician used to visit and repair it. Now the right side burner has not been working for the last one year and some months. From Jan 20 onwards your representative did not attend the complaint at home due to a pandemic situation.

This complaint has raised awareness of the gas consumption has increased with 20 TO 25% from the day I purchase as I have to crank 4 to 5 times every time. Each crank gas is emitted and becomes worst. In this regard, the matter was discussed with your representative who was visited in the last week of Nov 2020. He committed that he will take up with the company as there is a gap between gas emitting point and spark and will be getting a call from the company within 10 days in this regard. Whereas so far I didn't receive any communication from your end.

Awaiting fruitful positive and prompt reply.
