Dear team,
I have raised 5 complaints so far in last 2 months where 3 being in a weeks time for butterfly matchless pro 2l wet grinder. The issue identified last 2 times by the serviceman was on the grinder belt not functioning. Today also grinder stopped the same way like last 2 times while running. Very poor service and the way the area manager respond is not at all helpful no proper response no solution but just i am getting frustrated highly with the issues and complaints.
I have already requested for replacement to the area manager but no response. Very poor support.
Request you to consider this on priority and provide a new replacement product.
Being in a corona world making things at home is the safest way but breakage during such situation s that too with very poor service and response is of no useand troublesome.
Please do the needful.
