Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances — Want to return unsafe product

I bought Butterfly Gas stove on may 2022 at Chennai saravanas store.With in 7 months my stove got fired on 23/01/2023 thru the On/Off Knob.

We all got panic and more frustrate at the moment Because of the flame spread-ed out and firing approx 3 feet from the stand. we tried to contact Butterfly service person he simply replied that Our technician will contact you and then we will take further action.

Very worst response and unsafe product from the company.

Help to get the new product, or guide to will go to the Next level for better solution.
