Buyatbrands — Bad quality of watch providing by the company

I purchased one edifice (ef550) watch (invoice number:1105261) worth rupees 3500.00 around june 2015 from your esteemed company. but unfortunately within a span of one year its wrist belt got broken and the minute hand has become loose, so the watch is unable show any time. it is unexpected that an esteemed company like this could provide such low quality watch. i would expect my watch to be replaced.
