[Resolved]  Buyatbrands.com — Locked Phone Sent

I bought Samsung Galaxy S3 from the website buyatbrands.com. they delivered me the phone after 10 days which was UK imported and locked into UK's Network operator. It was nowhere written in the terms & conditions of the website. and the seal of the box carrying the handset was broken from there. And then i had to buy the unlocking code at Rs. 1381 from another website (cellunlocker.net) When I contacted them, they ignored my calls, finally they answered my call after 24 hours of delivery. After a long argument they promised that they will send me a free Flip Cover in condolence with the locked phone but it has now gone almost a month and I haven't got the Flip cover or anything confirming its dispatch.
