Buyatbrands.com — sale the Fake and cheating

My complaint I have purchase a watch from Buyatbrands.com on 05 March 2015, Invoice no. #IN021515, brand-Casio EF-550RBSP-7AV Edifice Series Gents Wrist Watch - Imported, Rs. 3449/-. when Buyatbrands comform me for the order they conform me if the item you not like than inform us(Buyatbrands) with in 7 days we will collect the item and refund the total amount with in next 7 days without any deduction. when I received the item form Buyatbrands I feel the item is not genuine, then go to Casio work shop at Okhala industrial area for conform the item is casio product and genuine. after Casio's engineer investigation and give me a certificate for this product is FAKE and not any casio product. after date request to Buyatbrands for turn the item. they making lot regions for collecting the watch from me. final they have arrange the courier for the same. that time I have call the Buyatbrands office Landline No.[protected] for courier charges bear the Buyatbrands and they have conform me this is not charge to you this is facilitated by office (buyatbrands) and all the charges goes to office. dear Sir/Madam, after collecting the watch they have transferred the Rs. 3349/- Less 100/- in my account after 15days. then I ask to him for the why Rs. 100/- less/short transferred in my account. they says the Rs. 100/- is courier charges. but at the time of courier dispatched I have conform to him for this charges is charged to Buyatbrands. requesting you the Buyatbrands cheating with me as they have sale the Fake watch me in the name of Casio product and charge the Rs. 100/- from me. requesting you please help me for the same. they mantle harries me and lot of expenses the time and money because the watch (item) was fake. requesting you please proved the a genuine justice me. thanks Vishwas Sharma.
