Buyucoin — Unable to withdraw money

BuyUCoin blocked my money and was not allowed me to withdraw. They are saying it's a bank issue for months. Not mentioning what the exact issue is. Not taking responsibility or accountability for blocking customers' money. It's a huge risk for the customers. They are pushing the issue resolution date indefinitely. The message they show on the site is like 'there is an issue please try after some time. As if it's just an issue for a few mins are hours. It's been there for months and still no definite date they are able to commit to.
