[Resolved] Buyucoin — Withdrawal denied from buyucoin cryptocurrency platform

Have invested in cryptocurrency through buyucoin platform. I have sold all crypto currency on 23rd november, 2021 and tried to withdraw money from the buyucoin account.
They are not releasing the the money (1.41 lakhs INR) for the past 6 days. Customer care is not responding properly. There is no progress at all
Please help how to proceed further

The customer care personal reached my mobile after multiple messages. Re-iniitated the withdrawal request and now got the money into my account
