It’s been several business days so far, after placing a money withdrawal order to bank account. I have raised several tickets, they are just saying they’ll process it soon. Even after asking multiple times, they are not providing any specific timeline. They just keep saying soon, soon.

BuyUCoin blocked my money and was not allowed me to withdraw. They are saying it's a bank issue for months. Not mentioning what the exact issue is. Not taking responsibility or accountability for blocking customers' money. It's a huge risk for the customers. They are pushing the issue resolution date indefinitely. The message they show on the site is like 'there is an issue please try after some time. As if it's just an issue for a few mins...

Have invested in cryptocurrency through buyucoin platform. I have sold all crypto currency on 23rd november, 2021 and tried to withdraw money from the buyucoin account.

They are not releasing the the money (1.41 lakhs INR) for the past 6 days. Customer care is not responding properly. There is no progress at all

Please help how to proceed further

Dear sir,

It’s been more than T + 5 days, I didn’t get my refund. I tried to add Rs 10000 from standard chartered bank account and Rs 9000 from State bank of India. I didn’t get refund in any of the accounts. As initially I was trading for the first time with BuyUcoin so I tried to add from unverified account. I was not aware that money will not be added in the wallet. But from now onwards I am addicted money from the verified account. Please refund the money. Don’t make my trading experience worst it’s a request. From next time onwards I will not try to add money from unverified account. This time please refund my money.

My money has been deducted from bank but not credit in my crypto wallet

On 29th January 2021, I deposited ₹1, 017.70 into the buyucoin wallet. The money was successfully sent to them but it did not reflect in their wallet. Even after multiple attempts to contact them and asking for refunds.
They do not have a proper customer service number. The help and support chat is delayed and whenever they reply, they say "we will update it when it's resolved".

Sir i had don deposit to buyucoin a/c of rs 4500 and the refrence number is[protected]. On 30th december 2017 but still i didnt recived the amonut in my buyucoin account. If i send them a support ticket. There is no good response so please help me get my amount back. My user id is: cha_[protected].

One of the worst service ever i faced.

I started trading in buyucoin on 18th december and couple of transaction went good and after that only the real problems getting started.

1. I sold some sia coins (Cryptocurrency) but for past 2 days they haven't credit the money in my wallet. I raised a complaint ticket on their website, ticket # is #9525 but no response till now.

2. I added 4500 rs and it got failed and again i made a deposit request but no response. Ticket# #9966. No response till now.

3. Now they have totally suspended my account without any information and my amount worth 25000/- is no where. I don't know how to get back my money. Also account balance is reduced from 25000 to 19000 now, i cannot trade or sell the coins or withdraw the money from the wallet as they are suspended my account. Ticket# #10347

Please help me to solve this issue.

On 04/dec/2017, i've transfered 500 rupees to the below bank account successfully shown in the site, but the amount was not credited in the buyucoin system, hence raised a support ticket for the issue, but till now there is no response from the management (Buyucoin) and the provided number by them is unreachable.

Can you please take up this issue and do the needful at earliest.

My main concern is, if it is not a trusted site then i dont want others to loose money, so please have a quick eye on this.
