Buyurstyle — fraud in name of lucky draw contest

Dear sir/madam,
I received a call saying i was selected for a promotional contest and would win an assured gift on shopping on the website. I placed an order for a t-shirt and a jeans for rs. 999 and got a order confirmation mail. Then i was called up and told i've been selected for a royal enfield bullet and for that i needed to transfer 11, 612 rupees to the company so that they could show it as a transaction, thus increasing my points and then could reserve my spot for the bike. They told me that the amount would get refunded to me the next day after i provide verification to the documents team. When i got a call from the documents team, they asked me to mail a copy of my pan, aadhar, and a photograph. And again they told me to pay rs. 14, 612. For documents verification. And also they told me to if i pay 14, 612 amount then your total amount will be refunded within 24 hours. And after this they called me again and told me to pay 35000 which i denied. When i asked for refund of previous amount (Rs. 11, 612+rs. 14612), they told me that it would be refunded after the contest i. E. 15th july 2019. As of now their mobile is switched off.
Kindly help me to resolve this case. I will be very thankful to you.
