I received a call saying I was selected for a promotional contest and would win an assured gift on shopping on the website. I placed an order for a t-shirt for 999rs. and got a confirmation mail. Then I was called up and told I've been selected for a Royal Enfield Bullet and that I needed to transfer 12, 500rs to the company so that they could show it as a transaction, thus increasing my points and then could reserve my spot for the bike. They told me that the amount would get refunded to me the next day after I provide verification to the documents team. When I got a call from the documents team, they asked me to mail a copy of my PAN, Aadhar, and photograph. This is clearly a Ponzi scheme and they are trying to gain an access to my bank account.
