Buzzmeeh — Faulty handset and took money fraudulently

I have got my sony Z2 display replaced by them and after that the mic stopped working now their customer care people say it was already damage. Afet a week or so the phone display isnt working now and the back panel and the screen has fallen off as they did not install the same properly.
Have filed a complaint with them and they are not responding to it even their customer care no is always busy .

They have given a warranty of 3 months on the product they changed but they are not taking any responsibility now.

they are a fraud company who are cheating every1 of their money.

Please help
