Buzzmeeh — Fraud company

We have filed a case against this company in consumer forum anyone willing to join us for the recovery of dues would be really appreciable. We should not let this company get away with changing our phone parts and lying to us constantly over the quality and service of phone.

I had given buzzmeeh my iPhone 5c for repair, they changed the screen as it was damaged and gave a warranty of 3 months. Next within one month the display was not working, when we tried to claim that warranty they said it was a physical damage and would not be covered under warranty. They took pick up charges which was not charged the first time, next to repair the phone they wanted to charge more money than the first time. After which I was travelling and could not negotiate with them. When I returned and asked them to send my phone back without repair they said they would return it within a day, however they have misplaced it and are not returning it. Extremely poor service, no responsibility taken of the customers phone, such fake promises.

BUZZMEEH IS A BUNCH OF 8-10 FRAUD PERSONS OPERATING FROM NOIDA and they will remove all the genuine parts from your phone and even threaten you over phone. From manager to technician they don't know how to talk. Do not get your phone repaired from them.

These people are very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL.

I will always suggest that you get your mobile repaired from your local shop only, atleast you can revisit them any time if repairing work is not done properly.

I took my mobile repairing service through BUZZMEEH, NOIDA on 18 Nov, 2017. My Lenovo mobile's touchscreen was replaced by their technician for Rs. 2, 200/- on 18th Nov 2017 & the same day touchscreen started giving problems & then I kept calling them and sending mails but this UNPROFESSIONAL mobile repairing company never sent their technician again even after making so many requests.

These people most of the time don't even pick your calls & when you are fortunate to have a word with them they will just FALSELY assure you that your problem will get resolved soon.

Buzzmeeh has clearly mentioned on their website that they provide warranty of 90 days on their products/repairs and in my case it has just been 3 weeks and they are not even responding properly.

Boycot this FAKE ### LYING BUNCH OF WORKERS AND THEIR MANAGER! They lied several times about my phones condition and even replaced my screen with a very cheap one. EVERYONE SUE THIS COMPANY FOR THEY TAKE PARTS AND REPLACE IT WITH A DEFECT DUPLICATE ONE.

Very bad service. Unprofessional to the core. I went by the average reviews on google and thought to give it a try, which was the biggest mistake. My Samsung Note display which was supposed to be repaired in one day as per their commitment, took 16-17 days as they messed with it completely. Everytime they used to come up with some new issue in the phone. They even made me come to their office (which is 1hr drive from my place) twice and kept me waiting for 3 hrs once, and 1.5hrs the other time (though the pickup and delivery was supposedely free). The most unprofessional thing about them is they keep lying to you everyday. And their is no one point of contact, who takes the responsibility. Every morning they used to commit on delivery, and by evening they used to say that you need to come office to collect the phone. And next day again they used to say phone is not repaired until now so don't come, we may deliver by evening or tomm. Everytime a new representative will attend the call and give his/her false commitment on delivery, and later that person will not attend calls at all. Senior managment never come into picture or keep hiding behind the technician's fault, irrespective how much you ask a callback from them. Not a reliable place to give your handset, especially if you want your phone to be repaired timely. Keep in mind you may need to visit their office multiple times if some problem arises. Assurance and commitment is the unthought Leitmotif for every employee here, which should not be trusted at all.

They don't deserve even a 1 star. After more than half a month my phone got partially repaired only, as the camera which didn't had any problem earlier is having issues now, and the fake stylus which was given by them earlier hadn't been replaced this time either. After paying more than 15K in two months.. this is the kind of service they have provided. Fraud company!
