Very very worst experience of my life by getting my phone repaired from buzzmeeh.com. They claim to send the executive at home to repair but their executive will meet with the accident eventually, so you will have to wait for 2 days to get your phone picked up and then 2 more days to get it delivered. Within 2 weeks the phone's screen has completely blacken out for which i paid 9, 500 first time. You will have to call forever on their customer care number, no one will be available to get back to you. Finally, after trying for 4 hours or so i gave up and registered as a new customer and they called me back within 15 minutes to trap a new customer and their money. She told me she will arrange for the pick up. But no confirmation. My brother went to their office next day to deliver the phone and was told the phone will be repaired and will be given to you by evening or maximum by next day morning. Then again after calling them for 2-3 hours. My brother went to their office in evening and was told that they have 2 days holiday coming up so the phone will be repaired and given by tuesday evening. Commitment is not there in their dictionary. They just trap the new customer their warranty period is a myth. I work hard to earn and people like these just don't care for their customers. I am totally frustrated with this so called "company". They have just looted me and repaired my phone with some local part which didn't even work for 2 weeks. I will now take some legal action. I want my money to be refunded. P. S. Please people don't trust these frauds.
