My phone glass got broken, to replace it I gave my Moto Z play phone to them. One of there employee came to my office address and took my phone. My phone was in working condition, after an hour, Karan from the company called and said, your display is not working now, I simply asked them to return my phone without repairing it. There same employee named Arun called and refused to come at my place and cut the phone. I tried a lot and called him around 10 to 20 times, but he did not answered. 1. I do not know what they have done with my phone. Will they return the original product without any replacement of genuine parts. 2. I am highly disappointed from their service as they voilated the Right to be heard and kept me worried and anxious while waiting and calling the employee to get my phone back.
