My phone was repaired on date of 21/09/2019 on the charge of rs. 2000 by one technician at my home and i was requested to not use the phone at-least for 3 hours after repair. I did not use that phone for more then 3 hour but approx at 8pm i opened my phone and saw that the broken screen was changed with the duplicate one and the touch pannel was not working. Then i stared calling their customer support they said the working timing are 9:30 to 6:30 i waited for the next monday @ sharp 9am i started calling them but their was no response an automate message was left will call back you it happened every time i called then i decide may be i can try from new number since i was phoneless i used my office landline and yes i was right they picked up the call, they said to share photographs & video i did them & called them again no response on the landline call i tried from other number they picked up the call they mentioned that tomorrow we would send the technician but nothing received.
