I had given my Nexus 5 phone to them, as the camera wasn't focussing properly. After 3 days, I got the phone back with a bill for Rs. 1000, for an IC change.
I checked the phone upon delivery and found the problem hadn't been resolved and the camera had the original problem. I spoke to their technician who told me the IC change was done as the camera wasn't working at all, and that was repaired. I told him, there was never any issue with the camera starting, instead the issue was with the camera focus.
He asked me to send it back again and they would repair it. I then asked him what exactly were they doing for 3 days with the phone then, for which he had no answer.
