Buzzmeeh — unacceptable services - feeling cheated | |||||
Three weeks ago, i got the front panel replaced by buzzmeeh. I raised a request and the technician came the very next day to replace the aforementioned part because they knew they will get paid as soon as they replace it. I was satisfied enough as i haven't had to go anywhere and the issue was resolved. However, after a couple of hours when the technician left, i noticed that i was having trouble with the touch functionality, the touch was working automatically without my intervention due to which i was experiencing trouble every now and then. Then i raised a request again via email and i was informed that a technician will visit soon. Three weeks have been passed since then and nobody visited so far. I am constantly following up over email and phone but without any success, everytime i receive a response that 'a technician will visit soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience'.
