Dear Buzzmeeh Team,
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service I received through your platform.
I had raised a service request for **battery replacement and back glass replacement** for my iPhone 12 Mini. As per your instructions, I visited the **Mobile N Mobile** service center at around **6:40 PM**, and the work continued until almost **11:00 PM**.
Unfortunately, the service provided was **completely unprofessional** and **unacceptable**:
- Only the **back glass was replaced**, and even that was a **duplicate**, low-quality part with **no magnetic wireless charging support**.
- The **glass was not fitted properly**, and **screws were left loose**, compromising my device’s safety.
- The **battery replacement was ignored**, and staff did not respond seriously when I raised the issue.
- I was charged **₹700** for a service that is not worth even a fraction of that amount due to the **poor quality and careless work**.
### I am demanding the following actions within 2 working days:
1. A **proper replacement with original-quality parts** for the back glass.
2. Completion of the **battery replacement** as per my original request.
3. A **refund or compensation** for the poor service.
4. A clear explanation of why your authorized service partner provided such substandard work.
If I do not receive a resolution or at least a proper response within 2 days, I will have **no choice but to raise this matter publicly** on:
- **Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook**
- **Google Reviews and Trustpilot**
- **Consumer complaints platforms (like consumer complaints.in)**
I hope you understand the seriousness of this complaint and take action immediately.
