[Resolved] BWSSB — erratic water supply and defective software | |||
To The Chairman BWSSB Dear Sir, 1. For the past six months, since the water bills have started pouring, not a single water bill is without an error. Despite having taken the matter in writing and in verbal with AEE, Sahakara Nagar, no action has been taken to update the system and set right the defective software. Every month the consumers have to bee line the BWSSB office at Sahakara Nagar to get the bills corrected. The exercise is cumbersome, time consuming and speaks of inefficiency. 2. Secondly, the one time charges paid, are being levied in the every monthly bill to show Rs 250/- and the answer by the AEE is only ' the matter pending with HQ at Chairman's level.' 3. Thirdly, the supply of Cauvery water is erratic. Not a single drop has been supplied for the past week and this trend is continual for the past 6-7 months. We have several times taken up the matter with the concerned but of no avail. 4. It is requested to stream line the software and the water supply so that consumers have not to face problem.
