BWSSB — No one is coming to read the meter

I'm a consumer of BWSSB with ConsumerId: 25618 R.R No - SE376552/K16-393. None comes to read the meter at my home but posts the bill in my door postbox every month mentioning "Gate Locked" in reading. This is happening from last sep 2014 even before I came to this rented home. I never locked my gate for past 6 months. I tried to contact the area supervisor Ramesh but he never picked up the call.Please take immediate action. since I'm paying 2000rs each month without proper reading where I consume very less.
