Had the worst experience so far from this center.. Irresponsible and arrogant people. Least bit bothered about customers n quality. The problem for which my vehicle was sent has not yet been resolved.. It's been a month n still no qualitative response.. N they talk to the customer like their work has gone unpaid for.. Too money oriented n lethargic...

I owned a swift dzire, vechile no TN 41 AZ 0391. Last Wednesday my car got some accidental by rain. I asked some insurance claim for my vechile in ur dealer royal sundhara insurance. I send my car to the your authorized service station ondipudhur branch. Already 4 days gone. No response from ur service station and insurance claim department. So I took my car from your service station for unsatisfying your service. Pls mistake...
