I'm Currently working with HDFC ERGO as a Sales Manger, My Employer asking me to delink my PAN From Insurance company, but while trying on POS Website it is not allowing to delink my PAN and checking with them they replied My PAN linked with MAX LIFE Insurance.

It gives me extreme disappointment to inform you that my "so-called" RM Mr.Yogesh Kadam, forcefully visited me with no agenda and no information and no update on my profile.
This is utter disappointment that there was absolutely no communication on my portfolio since last eight years and suddenly such nonsense is happening.
The same was highlighted to his senior Ms.Vaidehi Gawade and she bluntly said that she cannot do anything...

One of the worst companies ever where we are being cheated and misguided by your call centre senior executives Mr.Nishant Kumar (Employees code 23165) and his senior Mr.Puneet Chhabra(Employee code 29308). Not addressing my concern and not willing to register complaint against RM. Fraud company with ill-mannered and gradeless employees.
Very disgusting behaviour and disappointing experience....

I got a call from one person who claimed to be from max life. She stated some facts about my policy which convinced me that she may be from max life company. Then she told me that your policy is operating on agent code due to which the bonus is going to that agent and now the agent has applied for bonus from my policy. She further asked if I would like to stop that payment of bonus to the agent and need her to file a complaint with the insurance...

This agent introduced himself as relationship manager but actually he was an agent which was confirmed by customer care. I am got phone call to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and 30% commission to agent which was around 32128 rs. They shared that they recived the file number on 10th june which state that agent claiming my amount my 30% premium amount request recived from the Head Agent MS viredra.

Later she told me that she will raised a complaint...

I purchased a policy name "Max Life Smart Wealth Plan" on 21st April 2024 for my Wife by making full payment of 10450 (as a first premium) using UPI. And then waited for the application to be processed. As per the customer support executive who has guided me during the form filling process, she told that it will take 3 days to process the application, but it has taken a month now and yet I haven't heard back from Max Life...

I was assured from Sumitra Jain and Navin Dubey claiming to be manager and assistant at Max life insurance, that my policy bonus will be paid by April and they are not picking my calls.
They knew my policy details without us revealing things to them and made us trust that this was not fake or spam call.

If they are not Maxlife insurance employees, how does our details are with them? This is happening to many and Max...

My father had a policy with Max Life Insurance. He received a call on 04/11/2023 from [protected] and [protected] stating that there is an amount of 1, 30, 000 which needs to be reimbursed to his account. If not, it would go to the Sale Agent. They were able to gain his trust as they shared the policy details and all his account and transaction details.
