agency code (misp code - 916389) deactivation - delink my pan (byhpc1911q)

Complaint against Mr.Nishant Kumar and Mr.Puneet Chhabra (Misbehavior)

One of the worst companies ever where we are being cheated and misguided by your call centre senior executives Mr.Nishant Kumar (Employees code 23165) and his senior Mr.Puneet Chhabra(Employee code 29308). Not addressing my concern and not willing to register complaint against RM. Fraud company with ill-mannered and gradeless employees.

Financial fraud based upon my max life policy details

I got a call from one person who claimed to be from max life. She stated some facts about my policy which convinced me that she may be from max life company. Then she told me that your policy is operating on agent code due to which the bonus is going to that agent and now the agent has applied for bonus from my policy. Fraudulent activity in term policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am got phone call to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and 30% commission to agent which was around 32128 rs. They shared that they recived the file number on 10th june which state that agent claiming my amount my 30% premium amount request recived from the Head Agent MS viredra.

Later she told me that she will raised a complaint...

complaint about policy i purchased from max life on april'24. need refund of whole amount i invested for buying policy.

I purchased a policy name "Max Life Smart Wealth Plan" on 21st April 2024 for my Wife by making full payment of 10450 (as a first premium) using UPI. And then waited for the application to be processed. As per the customer support executive who has guided me during the form filling process, she told that it will take 3 days to process the application, but it has taken a month now and yet I haven't heard back from Max Life...

Falsely claiming bonus on a policy

I was assured from Sumitra Jain and Navin Dubey claiming to be manager and assistant at Max life insurance, that my policy bonus will be paid by April and they are not picking my calls.
They knew my policy details without us revealing things to them and made us trust that this was not fake or spam call.

If they are not Maxlife insurance employees, how does our details are with them? This is happening to many and Max...

Maxlife insurance cashier Sumit Chauhan at karkardooma, delhi branch has done fraud with my brother. He called my brother and said he is not benefitting from existing policies. He recommended that he will send a relationship manager for meeting with my brother. My brother denied still he send relationship manager to our house and shared my brother's number with him. This relationship manager came to our house after our continuous refusal. This relationship manager was actually an agent and wants to sell policies to my brother and share it with cashier sumit chauhan as per his guidance. My brother's policy was market based and may be performing well but this sumit chauhan instructed their software developer to show less value so that his agent may sell policy to him. This agent then replaced my brother's policy into gauranteed plan due to which he has to pay higher premium. Also, this agent sold 4 extra policies to him without informing him. In simple words, he sold 4 extra policies by replacing 1 policy each of Rs 1 lakh premium each on the instructions of cashier sumit chauhan. Now this agent said my brother will get all his money back by procedure called port and commute. He said he will drop a mail for port request that will be processed at the start of next financial 3 financial years has been passed but no port request is processed as per the instructions of sumit chauhan. This agent also said when port request is processed then my brother will receive documents after 2 weeks. After this his policies will be replaced then he has to apply for surrender of these policies. After this he will get all his money back and will get profit also. Years are passing but nothing happened. Also this agent blocked my brother's contact no also vanished from all social platforms as per the direction of cashier sumit chauhan. For sumit chauhan guaranteed plan is also market based plan as he is reducing the generated cash value by instructing his developers to do changes in the system. In gauranteed plan cash value never get reduced. He considers customer is a fool and doesn't understand anything but we cleary understands what he is doing. Cashier Sumit Chauhan calls the customers randomly and targets them to loot money. He then send fraud agents in the name of relationship manager to misguide customers by using his suggested fraud procedures like commute, port and policy replacement for collecting cheques of large amount amount and earn maximum commission and benefits. After collecting cheques and selling policies through fraud agent this fraud cashier and his fraud agents disconnect from customers from all the platforms to find and target other customer. These people are operating a racket here and the head of this racket is maxlife cashier sumit chauhan at karkardooma, delhi branch. Take strict action against this fraud cashier and terminate him asap.

    Agent Aditya Raghav from max life insurance company came to my relatives house and misguided them regarding their policies about lock in period. According to him lock in period is a joke. For Monthly Income Advantage Plan, the lock in period is of 2 years. He said the cash value will be updated in 6 months in the system. But the cash value will be updated after payment of second premium amount because lock in period is of 2 years. He also you can surrender the policy after 6 months but in policy documents lock in period is of 2 years. What the hell is that he doesn't have any knowledge regarding lock in period? He also, said he has 15 years of experience. As a result, he doesn't have any knowledge regarding policies, therefore, his experience is a waste. He also misguided my relatives by saying that if my name doesn't mention as relationship manager(he introduced himself but he is an agent) it doesn't mean that I am not managing your policy, my branch is not near your house that's why your policy is assigned to other agents or relationship manager but the truth is that I am managing your policy. Also, he misguided my relatives that doesn't visit any maxlife branch as you will find number of agents who try to sell you policies for their benefit. But the main concern is lock in period. My relatives tried to surrender policy as per his guidance but they are not able to surrender their policies . According to your agent Aditya Raghav, customer can surrender policy any time they want to, lock in period is just a joke. He also lied to my relatives he work in udyog nagar, gurgaon but actually he is working in Karkardooma, Delhi branch. Aditya Raghav is specialized in exploiting the customers. After selling policies he will block your contact to disconnect from customers because he is capable of nothing, he is a fraud. Please take action against this fraud agent. I have already posted complaint against him how he trapped my relatives and other people in policies for his own benefits but your team has not taken any action against him. Please look into the matter seriously otherwise he will continue misguiding the people. This fraud agent should be put behind bars.

      In December 2021, a max life agent named Aditya Raghav came to my family house, he said your max life policies are going into loss. He introduced himself as Relationship Manager but actually he is an agent of the mentioned company. He also said you will pay premium every year you will get nothing. My brother has taken policy from the company in to secure future of our family. Aditya Raghav misguided my brother and showed him the market graph of the respective policy (which may be wrong as he used it as a weapon to cheat him). My brother trusted him as he has no option because everyone wants to secure future of their families. He replaced some of his policies and offered him guaranteed plans with lock in period of 2-3 years minimum. Also, He has offered new policies in the name of existing policies. He does not inform us about the new policies and also he has not guided us properly about policy replacement.
      He then collected money from my brother and has made false commitments such as :-

      1) I shall show in the system that your lifetime policies got paid up, you don't need to pay premium for that.

      2) When the time comes for premium payment, I will show in the system that your premium got paid up, you don't need to pay premium as you have lost enough money.
      3) He said you will get all your money back when you surrender your policies.

      He has not fulfil accomplished any of our promise. He is not a man of his words. When we denied to purchase policy from this guy. He used dirty tactics to loot our money for his own benefits. Before collecting money, he used to call us, message us, inform us about policies, visit our house and ask about us. After collecting money his attitude has changed, when we ask him about our policies or anything he is getting rude towards us.
      He is considering him as a customer and manager both. He also does not guide us correctly about policies lock in period. For him lock in period is you can surrender your policy anytime. He then stopped calling us, stopped messaging us, stopped visiting our house by giving excuses. When I ask him to update personal details and NEFT details, he gave excuses everyday and lied to me that my personal details request had been processed but nothing happened. When we call him or message him he ignore our calls and messages and talk to other customers he is targeting he collect money from them and leave them in the middle of all these stuffs. When we call or email customer support we does not get satisfied response from them not from call and not from call email. Instead they are supporting and saving this fraud guy. He does not answer our calls and does not reply us on whatsapp as we are asking him about our policies and reminded him about his promises.

      When he picked up our call he made personal reasons like his cousin is expired, his cousin father is expired after 1 week of cousin death, he is blessed with a baby boy. All these reasons are false and baseless he lied to us to disconnect from us so he did not have have to fulfil his commitments as he has done the fraud to earn commission from our policies, earn promotion and increment. Instead he is searching for other people to run his fraud racket.

      We are paying premium of about 1.5-2 Lakh for 4 policies since 2 years he has offered and rest premium also, he does not care about his customers.
      Because of him we have lost around 12-16 lakhs. A few people near my house not interested in policies bought policies from him as he is using dirty tactics trapping people due to which they have no option but to take policies from him.
      He is active until the one or his family members ready to buy policies from him then vanishes.

      I came to know from people his boss namely Rajat and cashier Sumit (names may be similar) are helping and guiding him to prepare list of people suffered loss in their policies, visit their house offer more policies and collect money from them by assuring you would not regret and I shall not gave you any chance to complaint. These guys are playing with the emotions of your customers including us for earning commission from our policies and operate their fraud racket. Now, we and people around us wants to get rid off this insurance forever because of this fraud agent Aditya Raghav.

      After collecting money how this agent treat the customers (including us) :-
      1) Stop calling, messaging them.
      2) Stop replying on whatsapp and pm.
      3) Speak very rudely to them.
      4) Does not care about commitments he has made to them to collect money.
      5) Lie to them, mostly making use of personal reasons likely death of cousin family to avoid servicing them in fear of fulfilling commitments he has made to them.
      6) He sometimes provokes and insults them by calling them illiterate.
      He does not have manners to talk
      7) He ask them to wait and they will get all their money back even more they have invested. Mostly including us main requirement is policy surrender. He wanted them to wait for his own benefits.
      8) He is not helpful.
      9) He does not guide the customers properly. He is interested in misguiding them.
      10) He is completely a hollow person, he is disturbing the bank balance of customers and does not care about them. He does not understand their feelings.

      11) Stopped visiting houses of customers and gave non sense excuses.
      12) He also, lied to customers about his company branch address. He is in karkardooma, delhi branch, he tells gurgaon. He lives near EDM Big Bazaar. It is understood by his house location.

      Problems faced by us and other customers :-
      1) Everyone has the right to ask what is happening in their policies when we ask agent Aditya Raghav about the same he does not guide us even does not answer us he want us to shoot in the dark until he gains maximum profit.

      2) No support from Customer Support team. Many times I have complained about this guy they listened to you and does feel for you and start defending the guy. Especially does not get any help in managing policies. Many times I have provided our policies number to them, person from their team called and replied continue the policy and pay the premium. nothing happened. The guy is defended repeatedly despite many complaints.

      3) We and others have lost around 12-16 lakhs and much more in paying premiums. This agent is not helpful instead vanished.

      4) Most customers are going through mental stress because of the fraud done by this guy to them. Most of the them have become bankrupt because of him. No much savings in our banks because of him. Most customers have taken loan from bank to pay the premium due to this fraud agent.

      5) Everyone has some plans of investment in some other mediums in order to save money for future. This man is affecting our plans and bank balance.

      6) He asked us to wait. Why we should wait if he is not responding to us and got disconnected intentionally as he does not have to serve any customer. The one shall wait if he is present if not we can't wait for becoming bankrupt. He is simply earning profit from our policies and doing nothing.

      It is requested to take track, monitor activities of agent Aditya Raghav and discuss the customers he is serving and what he has doing with them. As he is affecting the bank balance of customers. Each customer he is serving paying minimum of 1.5 Lakh premium per policy every year.

      This guy should be punished and kicked out of company specially, as each customer wants to get rid off from the insurance of this company due to him. Also, they wanted not to purchase insurance from this company due to this guy. This guy Aditya Raghav is completely a fraud and he is capable of nothing.

        I would like to inform that my Father had taken the insurance policy from LIC and his policy had been matured, we are not interested in life insurance still a agent from Max Life Insurance namely, Aditya Raghav came to our house without any reason and wanted to sell policies of other companies namely Bharti AXA and LIC. He said he works in head branch of maxlife in gurgaon. He has shown his ID card of Max Life Insurance Company but selling insurance of other mentioned companies. He doesn't not talk anything good about his company and said company is going into loss, also suggested us to take insurance from mentioned companies. He tried to offer us guaranteed plan with huge premium amount of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs per year with 2 year bond for a period of 24 years. We have to pay premium for 10 years. We denied continuously still he doesn't want to leave until we are ready to buy policies from him. We at last asked him to leave and doesn't show any interest in purchasing any policies from him. He wanted to fool and trap us by making us buy insurance from other companies. He also made huge commitments but we didn't trust him as he did this to make his own profit from policies he tried to sell us. We don't want any life insurance from any company.           Removal of PAN number in IRDA website portal

          I am Thirunavukkarasu M, have an agent in Start health, Max life, TATA AIG my pan no is DDAPM7961R.

          I say that have an offer for anther insurance company, so kindly cancel my license from IRDA portal. For your reference attached the attachment
