Adda247 Online Course Providing Institute Complaints & Reviews

I bought the course NIC Scientist-B pre-recorded video course from adda247 on 09/03/2023 at Rs. 2069.77 using the coupon code given by them.

I thought that the course was complete but when I checked it, it was not completed.

I informed their support team that their course is not complete, and they said it will be completed in the future.

I asked them about to refund, and they told me that there...

I bought a course on ADDA247 for PGT COMMERCE. There is insufficient study material for PGT COMMERCE. When i asked them they replied that we don’t have study material for PGT COMMERCE. Then i asked for cancel the subscription and refund my money. They said that support team will look into the matter. I mailed them but didn’t get solution. They cheated me and mentally harassed me. My study is effecting badly due to this course and insufficient material.
Please take strict action against them.
I want my money refund back.

I bought a course for PGT COMMERCE “TEACHING KA MAHAPACK” from adda247 on[protected] at 11:13 pm for 3154.01 rupees who’s order id is CP9331797.
I bought this course for my wife. After purchasing this i found that there is insufficient study material for particular subject PGT COMMERCE. I called ADA247 and told my problem, they said that we don’t have study material for PGT commerce and also no specific batch for that. I bought this for specially for PGT COMMERCE as mentioned above. If Their team is unable to provide complete study material for concerned subject then what is the value of this course to me. My money is completely wasted. I raised a complaint and i got a ticket number 179023. But they give me my query as my solution and closed my complaint. I raised complaint again and got a mew ticket number 180276. Even i mailed to owner on himanshu.[protected]@adda247.com but didn’t get any solution till now.
I’m feeling like i got cheated by adda247. My whole study are effecting due to ADDA247.
I want my money refund back.
Please tale a strict action against them.

I gave a missed call to the number given by them inorder to activate the ssc cgl course (1hr offer). They sent me payment link to my mobile number. Payment was done via google pay but order is not placed. Contacted and mailed them multiple times but nothing in progress. After sending mail they gave a ticket id inorder to register a complaint. I registered that also and had a chat with customer service but they're way too lazy to answer my questions. They are deleting my chat and keeping whatever they want. It's been more than 7 days but they are not providing either the refund or the order. Tommorow the course starts.
