The complaint is about one of the resident of N - 592 , 2nd Floor , Jal Vayu Vihar , Sector 25 Noida ( U.P.) The person staying in the house has bought a dog named DOLLAR. He always confines the dog under lock & keeps him in the balcony ( terrace ) for whole day i.e. they get the dog out at 8 in the morning & take him inside at 12 in the night.
