Asian Lakshmikala Cinepride Complaints & Reviews

We booked 6 tickets costing ₹1000 through book my show for sahoo in asian lakshmikala (Chandrakala) cinepride from k1 to k6 on 2nd september located in moosapet, hyderabad. The theater is at its worst maintainance where we witnessed the leaking theater ceiling god knows with what whether rain water or some drainage. It was one awful experience where we paid a fancy amount to experience the worst situation.

If have booked tickets for the movie goodachari on 3-aug-18 at asian lakshmikala cinepride moosapet, hyderabad (Chandrakala screen) 9:45 pm show, management changed the movie without information, they are not responding properly and they speaking very rudely. They allocated seats to us in other screen (Sashekala), but same seats allocated same seats to some other people also, total 50+ members seats has changed my theatre management, but they are not given information to any one. And my tickets money also not refunded
