Horrific bullying & intimidation
We went through customs and their machines caught our expensive phone charger and they yanked it out of the machine breaking the cord.
He we asked who do we speak
To regarding the damage.
Then They proceeded tp ask for my purse and our boarding passes and our passports and took them away from us and wouldn’t give them back for a few moments. They took photos of our passports and things on their own private phones .
It was very frightening and intimidating and absolutely vulgar!!!

Harassment
Two attendants with Gulf Air were abusive and hostile toward me on Dec 10th. The airport military were also aggressive and unprofessional.

Rude and unruly security personnel

When checking boarding pass security personnel were very rude to my father and when questioned about it they started using foul language - â do I look like a SOB( chutiya) or ### standing here in uniform â he threatened to not allow us inside and was very rude to us ladies asking us to shut up. He was further joined by a superior who was also rude and threatened to call control room and block us from going in . Never have I experienced such rude personnel in the airport treating us like illiterate ###S. We being from south did not understand Hindi well but we are also extremely well read and decent people. Did not expect this in India - very traumatic experience for myself returning to india from overseas after three years

I hired bangalore airport taxi car (Reg no: ka02 ad6549) on 13th may 2016 at 11:15 pm from bangalore international airport to ganganagar from the taxi bay in airport. I reached home in approx 1.2 hrs.
Driver asked for extra money towards the rent (He said night charges applicable) when meter shows 1048. He took total 2050 rs and while i asked the bill he said you will get bill only you ask at airport.
I am new to bangalore city so i don't the airport taxi night charges. But later i realized that he cheated me for extra 1000 rs.
Initially he also refused for ganganagar drop from bangalore airport but when we asked bangalore airport taxi authorities then only he agreed to drop us at ganganagar.
Kindly take the proper action.

Mobile Theft at Airport
Sir,
I was travelling to Kerala on Air Deccan Flight n 21st Dec 2007. I had kept my mobile in cabin luggage during security clearance. After security clearance, unfortunately i had to checkin the luggage and the airline personnel did the checkin of our luggage. But when we reached Cochin Airport, my mobile was stolen.
When we checked with Airport poilce they told that a case cannot be registered. Service provider(Airtel) also refused to do anything about this.
Infact my mobile has mobile tracking facility and When that person changed the SIM, i got the sms.After lot of conversations, that person agreed to hand over the phone but did not keep his word. Today, he changed the SIM again. I received the SMS from his number. Can we track that number using these sms?
I request you to take the needed action. Please help me in retrieving the stolen mobile.

I am sure that the phone was either flciked by a passenger on teh aerobridge who just rushed from my back (suited booted) or if it fell down in teh plane, the admin/ crew robbed it. i didnt hear it falling down becasue there was carpet till teh aerobridge...and after that i didnt hear anythign falling.
can anyone help me?? it was my birthday gift of 19000/- bought in May 2011.
