I purchased the premium plan of 2999/- for 6 months. After not even using the services for a week I asked for a refund because the results were not satisfactory. I contacted Betterhalf.ai customer support but they plainly denied me the refund stating you have utilized the services and the amount is non-refundable. This site & app is a complete waste of money and time.

I had bought the paid subscription of betterhalf.ai around a month back. Few minutes into using the features of paid membership, I understood I have been duped and asked for refund from the sales team.
I was told they don't give refund.
Absolutely trash features for the paid subscription wherein you can chat/view contact details of the mutual matches and also the matches you are interested in.
I paid 1200 for 3 months and have wasted my money. They use fake profiles of beautiful women and marketing gimmicks of discount to lure in customers.
Once you have bought the subscription those women won't reply to your message despite them being the one to send interest.
I have written to their sales, support, tech, CEO - Pawan Gupta and HR head. No solution just false promises.
I request the consumer forum to take appropriate action against such fraud matrimony platforms.

They charged 1599 rs for a quarterly subscription and promissed to give me right match as per my criteria, however all profiles are fake and i dint get correct matches. Within 24hrs i have raised a concern, still no talks about refund and cancellation. They are not responding to my messages ( pls check screenshots.)

Also they are asking subscribers to rate them 5 stars (chk screenshot) in lieu of giving them 5 matches which inflates their rating on app store or play store which is fraud towards common public who fall in this trap
