I have an issue using the big flix app i did subscribe but iam unable to use the website it states to subscribe the first subscription is not yet completed in fact i was never able to use the app mainly on my android tv i hope you can rectify the situation for once and for all so i can use the app the email i use to log in is [protected]@gmail.com iam located in ireland telephone no 353 code for ireland[protected]

Icant use the big flix app because though i have subscribed it still states subscribe in fact from the start was never been able to use it if you subscribe then you should be able to use it i feel there is a glitch on the website in which the engineers or technicians could fix i use this app mainly on the android tv but all the different versions laptop kindle etc show the same issue i feel you can sort this issue and i can use it as i should be doing so excuse if i opt for the wrong info to put in for eg iam not a company my telephone no is 353 code for ireland[protected] the email address for the website i l use tolog in is [protected]@gmail.com

Cheated me and taken money from my credit card

I took a new Zync 7"inch tab and it had this application called Big Flix Installed in it. They gave me a free voucher to view movies online for 1 month for free. However i had to validate the voucher number by paying them Rs.1/- . However after i paid Rs.1/- this application was supposed to be activated but it never worked on my Tab not PC and i had to uninstall the same and written emails to big flix customer care stating this app was not working. They failed to respond. Now i am getting charged Rs.249/- mothly rental without my permission / notice on my credit card. When i approached the bigflix customer care they are stating that the amount cannot be reversed and that i need to use this service on a different android phone or my PC. This is a stupid / fake website and many people have got cheated i guess, even me now. I would post this compliant in new paper as well as my father works in the press. This is my last notice to Bigflix team to reverse back my money. My user id - s.[protected]@gmail.com

Renewal Subscription charges debited from card without approval

My mistake was to avail an offer from PayTm and subscribe to Big Flicks for 1 month at charge of just Rupee 1.
The strategy behind charging Rs.1 by the company is to take credit card details of the customer and then secretly enable auto renewal of the subscription charges.
I came to know when received an SMS debit of Rs.249 from my credit card company.
I have not used their subscription even for a day. The best part, Big Flix even don't have a customer care number on their website.
So I emailed them on [protected]@bigflix.com.
Their reply:
'With regards to your query, we would like to inform you that as per our standard terms and conditions mentioned clearly at the time of sign up you have given us consent to renew your subscription'.
The standard terms and conditions which generally is hidden with just no option to us but to click on 'I Agree'.
The company Big Flix company is earning BIG money using this trick.

This is regarding cheating by Big Flix. First of all , I must say, its my fault as i subscribed a reliance product.
I started a Biglix rental subscription last year @ Baner, Pune store with 1 Disc plan and a deposit money of Rs 350. When i planned to renew the subscription on
28th March 2011, a guy at Baner store asked me to pay just Rs 700 for 3 months subscription. The bill was not at all transparent as it mentioned Rs 700 and Deposit Rs 300. When i asked why deposit amount is mentioned in the bill, they said since its renewal of subscription, we have to highlight deposit also. But they cheated me in such a way that my deposit has been included as subscription and now they are saying, your subscription was not of Rs 700 but of more than Rs 1000.
I have been cheated.

deficit in service in pickup & delivery,and not maintaining good stock of cds and up to date movies

I have registered my membership in bigflix library located at AWHO colony near dimond point. I have visited the said library on[protected], with an intention to by a cd of new movie, but after entering the shop i,learnt that it is a library of DVD giving on rent, The shpkeeper soggested me to take membership in bigflix on payment of Rs.3500/- and he advised me that they will provide DVD with unlimited service.He also gave me AIR TICKET BOOKING REQUEST FORM FOR COUPLE. He suggested me that we will get free of cost of Air ticket for couple for one time travell.He told me that on Air bag is free on taking membership.But he requested me to take delivery of the bag next day as there is no stock.But on reading of theterms of Air ticket, i learnt that i have to submit the reqisition for booking along with a DD of Rs.2998/- and with necessary perticulars. But the shopkeeper supressed the fact of enclosing the DD.He has delivered me a DVD of VARUDU, which does't play due to scraches on DVD. On gibing the message they pickedup by delivering the DVD of Darling movie but it is also does't play. I send several messages to Big flix to pickup and and deliver new cd but no response tlill today.So it is clear case of deficit in service and cheating the customers.So i have decided to submit this complent for necessary action and damages.

Big Flix had closed thier store in most part of the country(also in gurgaon) and provided connect manager phone number instead. It was told that this is better for the customer but this whole thing is an eyewash as connect manager phone remains switched off and there is no one to listen to consumer issues. I have asked for the pick-up on 7 sep 2011 but there is no one yet. I have to log a complaint today in the customer care so that some one can pick-up the CD and i can pause my account. My complaint id :[protected] is still open.

DELIVERY & PICKUP

This is kedarnath from Chennai , I have my membership with bigflix from past 2years in 1 disc unlimited plan.
After closing there stores at chennai I am facing problems for delivery, pickup and wrong despatching . I made several complaint through Mail & over Phone to customer Care . till today I am facing the same problem . In chennai distribution centre is very . from them we will not get any information . on Jan 9th they made a delivery of one movie till today it was not despatched in this week this is 2nd time . If I ask customer care simply they transfer the complaint to Mumbai cc . we will not get any response. I want to know how to approach the higher officials .

As per our records 90% of the titles deliverd to you are from the top 3 positions in your queue. Incase you want a specific title, please move that title to the number 1 position in your queue and we will deliver it as soon as possible.

not activating my account even after paying.
On 14th august,a special promotion was going on at E-Zone, Jayanagar ,Bangalore ,where a big flix representative explained to me that we had to pay the rental only and not any deposit. This was the offer.I was made to fill up a form and pay 375.00 to the cash counter for which i was given a vat invoice cash memo no t11/1928.I was told i will recieve an activation message on my mobile in 2 days.After it did not come for a few days ,i have made several calls to there call centre and have escalated the matter also.On 14th sept ,i recieve a call from their operations manager one Mr.Rajeev,who stated that i should persue the matter with e zone for they have not recd this payment.Is it the duty of the customer to find out why vendors appointed by Big Flix have not paid them,He insisted that it not their responsibily to collect payments from there outlets? God alone knows what happens to there collection.He also stated that they not keen on expanding their customer base. Then why the promotion.I have spent many man hours complaining as everytime the answer would be we will look into it and call and call would never come.
This is Relaince ,where every staff is so arrogant that they dont give any response to customer complaints.They cant solve a simple problem of collecting money from there own appointed dealers and ask their customers to do so .They are also willing to antogonise the customer but not take up work which can solve the problem in minutes.
Be careful with dealing with Big Flix.They are not equipped to service their clients as they have sub standard systems and a management which does not care about its customers.

in the month of april i took a membership of bigflex. i renued the membership for rs 1000 till the month of december 2010. in the mean time i made a request for more than 10 movies but none of them was delivered. no mail or sms was send to me.
after taking the payment no dvd was delivered for the last 6 months . no sms or mail was send after payment . very poor service so be careful wile dealing with big flex

Wrong debit of subcription charges and no revertal
Referring to the above account. I had signed up for big flix on 29th january. I paid my subscription charges of Rs. 699 by online net banking. After checking my bank statement I was appalled to see two debits of Rs. 699 towards ccavenue. I do not know how two debits can be made for one account subscription. I called up customer care to inform them of the same and also sent an email to customer care. I was assured of immediate reversal and credit of 699 into my account. Until today no changes have been reflected and I have not been reimbursed. It is over a month since I have not been paid back funds which you have wrongly debited. I have been calling up customer care since 29th january every single day without any satisfying response. I am made to hear that it is in process and will be reverted soon. False promises of a callback and immediate responses have been made. Even speaking to floor supervisors like srinivas and sangeeta has had no effect. Please note that customer does not have the time to call up and keep asking for the status of complaints. I have to literally beg for my own money which has been debited wrongly on account of loopholes on the side of big flix. It is a clear case of cheating the customer and wrong accumulation of subscription fees. There are several movie renting services available which are on par with big flix. However looking at the reputation and backing name of reliance I chose big flix looking forward to prompt customer service. But my experience with big flix has totally put me off and I will think hundred times before renewing my service next month and will not at all be encouraged to recommend big flix to anyone. It is highly disappointing to receive such kind of response. I hope this is being read by a senior who cares for customer satisfaction. Looking forward to prompt action after literal harassment on the part of big flix. Please make sure Rs. 699 is credited to my account at the earliest or I will be forced to take further action against big flix.

BigFlix — No service provided
I took a subscription of movie rental service of BigFlix.com On June 06, 2008.I got my first DVD delivered on Jun 06, 2008 and after that no service is provided by BigFlix.
I called customer care and opened a complaint :--77540
No resolution is provided till date and when i asked about cancellation of subscription they are not ready to refund the money...
I am feeling cheated...Please Help me
i took a subscription in march 2010. i renewed the membership in June 2010. i made request for more than 5 movies but none of them was delivered . my account got expired in December 2010. after expiry of account i came to know that at time of renewal they created a new account without any intimation, sms or mail. now they are blaming its all my mistake my complain no was[protected]. I am feeling cheated by such a big company like reliance. kindly short out the problem

Complaint regarding poor services and quality of disks
I never got a proper DVD from these guys..wrote them several emails, called them one hundred times...But no use.. I got a broken DVD and now i am being blamed for its condition...I recommend to everyone, never use Big Flix services..They are so unprofessional people, big hoax and liars...

Just I have registered my membership in bigflix on[protected], but the 1st day itself, the cd delivered by them is damaged, again on my call, they delivered another cd of different movie but again it is also struck as damaged.I have send them number of meaasages but no responce. Since three days cd is lying with me for pickup but no one has turn out to pickup & deliver cd.So i have decided to refer the matter to consumer forum as as to initiate crimnal proceedings againest the bigflix.

They Don t Provide the Service as Per Commitment
I have experienced lately there services has got deterioated .
They dont deliver in time and have no delivery schedule .Previously the used to deliver twice in a day .
Quality of DVDs which run more are full of scratches and dont run at all .
You write/ speak to them, they give cyclostyle answer .
They do not give the name of the senior staff with whom we can interact to solve the matter .

i am totally disagree with this complains i am member with big flix but i satisfied with the service and there staff specially kandivali west store mayur he is store associate very polite and helpful always help me to find movies and every day he looking energetic toward his work
I too agree with the complaint. I registered on Sep 16, 2011 and in last 3 days they haven't provided any discs. I reserve the disc and withing few hours they unreserved it. I have got snapshots and will file a formal complaint if they don't change their attitude.
They claim to deliver it at our door steps everyday but the start is pathetic. I will deactivate my subscription if they function like that.

He had asked me to list a few movies in queue and hand over to him, after doing so he commited me that after 2 days, I will be recieving an sms on my mobile and soon after the movies will be delivered to my doorstep.
Till 05.01.2009, I had not recieved any feed back from your end and hence I called up to your customer care department. Your Customer Care representative informed me that she had not found any such information that the order has been booked and then she took the No mentioned in the card provided by your sales representative, which is 58371170. She also requested me to queue up few movies after recieving an sms.
On 06.01.2009, 20:34Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - Welcome to BIGFlix. Your BIGFlix Member Id: 58371170 your password for BIGFlix account is 81366892

BigFlix — Irregular delivery/pick up & worst Customer Service
To all those who are planning to subscribe movie rental services of BigFlix, be prepared for some of the tricks by BigFlix. Do not expect 30 or 20 or 10 movies per month. If you do so it is just foolishness.First of all, it will take 10 days to start the delivery of first movie. You end up waiting like a dog at home. When you call to CC you will get a reply apologizing for what had happened and that they have taken the complaint. Whenever you call you get the same response. Hey BigFlix, you better keep that in the IVR so that no need of a person to repeat the same stuff again and again to multiple customers. One more thing is you never get connected to a CC officer whithin 3 mins of time. Till then you have to listen to the services offered by them which they fail to provide. May be that is the reason you will not get connected soon cos many customers would be complaining.
Funniest reply I got the other day was "Sir, I have taken your complaint and you will get the movie today itself" and the time I called that was at 8.30 in the evening. When I asked how is it possible, he replied "don't worry sir you will get the movie today itself". This is nothing but .
Other problem I faced is you will recieve sms saying your movie is delivered but you dont get it. The next day the movie is disappeared from your queue. What these stupids are doing I don't understand. If you are not able to deliver it atleast do it the next day. Why do you delete it from the list? It's test for your patience to add movies in the website. The concept was good but the way it was designed is bad.
The kind of movies they provide and the network they have is good and if they try to rectify these delivery issues and pickup requests with more care definitely the customer base increases and thereby profits too. As long as the service is not improved, you wont get any positive feedback or word of mouth publicity. You only have to add customers by giving some offers which is not going to help for long run.
Their delivery and pick up facility is flawed.
Once the delivery person did not deliver since he found my house was not lit up assuming no one was at home.He did not bother to climb the third floor and ring the bell.Instead assumed and left.
Once someone else's DVD was sent to me ( Hollow Man ).
Twice recd SMS for DVD sent but those DVD's never came.
Their queuing facility is also flawed.First they want a minimum of 25 titles to be queued up, then they ask your priority but the highest prioritised DVD never comes and the answer is same."Whatever was available in the warehouse was delivered" Then why is the queue and priority required in the first place if movies are not going to come as per one's choice.
The best thing is to physically go to any of the stores and pick up as per choice.There is no restriction to the no of movies one can see in 24 hours provided you go and pick physically.
Have stopped queueing movies once i realised the flaws.
The advantage is they are cheap, disadvantage is you need to hunt and be lucky to catch hold of new releases.

I am from Bangalore.I have been BIGFLIX on line subscriber since about 2 Years.I get almost 15 DVD, s from them every month.So far i have found no cause for any complaints.

Membership card not activated
This is regarding a membership card not activated yet its 7 days from purchase. i purchased a membership card from Big Bazaar under a scheme where i have pay 150 for 2 mnths but big flix not activated my membership card. i called several times & i have launced a complaint also but there is no replay from there side, and no updates about my complaint, i always call them & they said we do work on your complaint.

Credit Card — Renewal charge without information
Hi,I was using HSBC & PNB credit card and it got expired.
Then without my concern the bank has sent me the renewed card.
I have not used that card and the bank has charged me renewal fee.
All the banks are giving free credit card and hsbc bank is charging me renewal fee and then on that late fine and many more things. Please revert back the renewal fee. Once it got reverted and now why did not so.
