I am a civil contractor my company name is dream liner construction i do construction work with bias bhimtal but the institute don't give us payment since one year his accountant mr ramesh sharma want commission on payment when i refused to give him he hold my all payments i inform to director of institute but he don't take any action. Please help to resolve this....

Refund of Security Money

I am an ex student of Birla Institute Of Applied Sciences College Bhimtal.Nainital.I have done M.C.A from this college.I am 2007 batch passout from this college.
Institute has not refunded the security money ,that was around 8 thousand rs.
I am in contact with the institute since 3 years and every time they give me excuse that they will be refunding
it very soon.
Inspite of many mails ,they haven't refunded...
