I have insured my iphone 6 64gb from biscoot.in december 2015 the phone screen got damaged and repaired for rs.25000/-. I have followed all rules & policies of biscoot and registered a claim no. my name is preeti my claim number is [protected] i have taken biscoot mobile insurance it has been 8 month that after clearing all the documents they have not clear my insurance of my mobile you cannot call the customer care easily they just simple say bring this bring that and after that this not valid that is not valid.Very bad expereince please friends not to buy insurance from this company anymore...
