Payment amount for Rs.20928 is debited from my account for LIC premium having Policy Number[protected], but payment status shown failed with Payment ID VBOI[protected] dtd:15.12.2020 through Bank of India via Net Banking.

Today on dated: 08.11.2020 I have made online payment of my LIC policy from LIC application. In which for 1 policy I have made payment for 2 times but as per LIC policy only one payment is received .

This has reference to my policy no. [protected], the policy premium was due in May'20 & I have opted for an Auto debit option in my SBI credit card. But due to continuous reminders, I have paid my premium thru Paytm portal on 26-May'2020, and again the premium has been auto-debited from my SBI credit card. therefore I have paid 2 times the same premium.
