Amount deducted from account but not successful as per LIC

I am a policy holder with account number[protected]. I have tried to pay my premium today at 11:49 pm. The amount was 6790. it got deducted my account but the transaction status at the LIC dashboard showed failed. Please check into the matter soon.

I' m complaining about I made payment for renewal of policy online but didn't get receipt but bank account debited by amount
Today I made payment for policy no.[protected] from debit card my bank account debited by the amount but I didn't get receipt please send me receipt and I check on view status / download receipt but it show no transaction of this type. Please clarify it

Today on dated: 08.11.2020 I have made online payment of my LIC policy from LIC application. In which for 1 policy I have made payment for 2 times but as per LIC policy only one payment is received .
Below is the LIC policy details:

REFUND One Premium - Paid Twice (Policy no. 286512546)
Dear Sir,
This has reference to my policy no. [protected], the policy premium was due in May'20 & I have opted for an Auto debit option in my SBI credit card. But due to continuous reminders, I have paid my premium thru Paytm portal on 26-May'2020, and again the premium has been auto-debited from my SBI credit card. therefore I have paid 2 times the same premium.
Kindly arrange to reimburse the same (one extra paid premium amount).

Online premium paid
I have made a online payment for the renewal premium of my LIC policy number[protected] through netbanking. the amount paid for the premium is debited from my bank account but it is not reflected in my lic account in LIC portal. i have not received the receipt for the premium paid. it is still showing that the premium is due. transaction details are as follows,

Initially, I tried to pay the LIC premium (Policy Number[protected] through PAYTM but the transaction failed after entering the OTP for payment and the details of this order are as: (Order ID- [protected], Time-12:43:00 PM, Date-21/09/2020, Amount-9106.38) and the amount had been deducted.
After failing the above first time order, I have tried again and this transaction became successful and detail of the order is as: (Order ID- [protected], Time-12:47:14 PM, Date-21/09/2020, Amount-9106.38).
Thus, the amount has been deducted twice for the same policy. Again I contacted the LIC office to confirm if they have received payment twice but they confirmed that payment has been received for a time only. No extra amount has been received.

Till 06 Oct 2020, the amount has not been refunded in the respective bank account and the failed order details have been removed from the PAYTM application.

Transaction not reflected in my policy
I have paid policy premium amount of Rs2922.80 online by VPA mode to LIC BILL DESK and my bank account got debited for the same amount and got message from the bank indicating transaction reference number ALBMBUPI[protected].
But the transaction has not reflected in my policy and I have not received the premium renewal receipt. My policy no is[protected].
