I had placed an order through website on 07.10.2021 and paid online an amount of Rs. 1408. The order has not been delivered yet and there is no response from the company

When I made 3 purchases on different occasions on body cupid within the past 3 months, I got delivered with no seal and half, one fourth quantity. When I addressed this issue on Instagram they promised me to give me a refund of 20 percent of the order value. I initially refused the refund and asked to take back the products and give my complete amount worth 1600rs for allt he 3 orders. But then Mr.Dean from body cupid contacted me continuously, and promised to refund 20 percent for 2 orders which is worth 239.74 rs. It's been almost 10 days more and when I ask and call for the refund he blocked me. And not replyingg to my dm. Pls take an action against such ppl who make false promises and send half quantity products without seal on them.
