I had placed an order through website on 07.10.2021 and paid online an amount of Rs. 1408. The order has not been delivered yet and there is no response from the company...

When I made 3 purchases on different occasions on body cupid within the past 3 months, I got delivered with no seal and half, one fourth quantity. When I addressed this issue on Instagram they promised me to give me a refund of 20 percent of the order value.
