I have enrolled in 2021 and paid full payment. But after that due to my family issues (my father diagnosed with TB and after that My mother diagnosed with Cancer and died in Jan 2024) mumy course delayed. I have completed my skin in 2023 exam and hair chemical class exam in March 2024. After my mother death I was mentally disturbed but still I gave my hair chemical exam and then hold my course to recover myself. After that in June I wanted to resume my classes so that I finish my course and get my certificate so that I got job somewhere. But now they are demanding more money and they are not responding to my mails also. I am not understanding how to take class and how can I complete my course if they do not responding my mails. I have makeup and hair styling class remaining.

I wanna share my very worst experience with lakme academy maninagar they charge 45000 only for nail extension and they don't have needed products I learn nothing they're just claim that we are professional but they don't at all not even use drill machine for nails I took loan for this and here I am with zero knowledge I really want my money back and mam is not picking up my call not solving any of my doubt google review on lakme academy maninagar are forged they force every one to comments all comments are fake

Hi, I booked Lakme Bridal makeup on 8th July for the service on 3rd December 2023 from Dhanbad Lakme salon.

On the booking day, I paid the total cost 34500 and received a receipt for the same. The receipt was though not of Lakme but of Archies gift shop which is run by the same owner as Lakme.

Now on the reception day, the staff came for makeup was of worst kind in terms of their behaviour & skill set. They...

I have been using lakmē products for years but i bought this lakmē peach milk vit e moisture-riser a few days ago and used it a handful of times. Two days ago, i applied it on my face and my whole face started burning. Yesterday i noticed that the corner of one of my eyebrows' hair was gone a d that specific spot still hasn't stopped burning. May i know why it's making my skin burn and eyebrow hair fall off? Should i still keep using lakmē after this? My phone number is [protected]

My hair was completely over processed and burnt afther the process of Cystin Complex treatment at Lakme Salon,

Neither did they not bothered about a refund they dint even try to resolve this concern. Being aware about the damage due to their incompetent workers.

I paid money without getting any service.

I have been working with Lakmé salon Kothanur, Bangalore as a manager for the past 3 months. But recently there was a problem in the salon which the owner refused the solve it then and there and I decided to leave the job then and there.
After several calls with the area manager and the owner, the problem was sort of solved, but then now the owner has been ignoring to give my salary and has not been responding. The area manager has given a green signal, but still the owner has been ignoring my call and text messages.

Very badly cut my hair...even more better one trainy did...I am not going outside home...westing my previous time money

We received a call saying points were about to expire and they were worth 3000 rs and hence any services worth 3000 rs could be availed. When we reached the salon, they were quick to spot that they had called us before, took phone number to check points and started with services without mentioning how the points actually work. After completing the services of Rs 2679, we were asked to pay 1350 rs. When we asked clarification as to why we were told that you can avail any services worth 3000 rs, they said they were sorry about the call and that 3000 rs was allowed if we availed services of 7000 rs. Shocked, however paid the bill and asked my wife never to visit Lakme salon anywhere. This is cheap trick to cheat. Concerned person who called goes by name Pooja ( even centre head name is pooja, but she put the blame on her stylist who goes by same name for mis informing)

Lakme academy faculty and specially hr in rajendra place are so bad .My sister took classes there but now they're not informing her anything about the exams because of that she can't get any certificate from them. She went there multiple times for that but rather than resolving her issue they talk to her rudely and said you are the only one who's having issue with up and all. I just want them to tell her the exam date and put her name on the list of examiners that's it.please resolve my problem ASAP.

Joined the Nail Technician course in December 2022 while joining had clearly mentioned would be availing class only on weekend . so in this cases its so obvious understood the course will not complete 1 and half month . 1 and half months course ( considering 5 days/Per week) they required 45 classes to complete

so as i had class only (1/week) its only 18 classes its been completed and i was not informed classes will be open on sunday to practice

so in the month of march they mentioned i will have exams in may, which is quite impossible to take exam due to course was not even completed with 75% of portion and trainer was mentioning coming because of you on weekends

and to continue the course they are asking to pay rejoin fees

am loss of money, dint get course completed

I visited a Lakmé salon in Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore. I had the worst experience with their services.I got waxing done and while I was getting it done I mentioned a couple of times on how hot the wax was and I repeatedly asked her about reduce it but they did not. I still have marks on my skin.
This is not appropriate. This is not called a customer service.
This was salon has repeatedly disappointed me and I will not be using any of your salon services anywhere. Previously while I was getting a pedicure done they had another client at the same time and asked me to sit on the hairdressing area while I still had my foot mask on. That is Very inappropriate. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable. And that’s not being professional. Lakmé was known for its professional services but today their services are extremely bad especially customer service. Unhinged and unprofessional teams who have no proper knowledge or know how to behave with customers.
I humbly request you to take some action on training salond staff and improve your customer services.

I am looking for the good makeup academy to do the course. I made a contact with Lakme to know the course details and the cost. They are asking me to come to Pune if I want to know the course fee.. I am a resident of chandrapur which is approx 800km from Pune. Now to travel all over to Pune just to know the course fee will cost me 3k to and fro also the stay cost and the cab expense to travel inside the city. That means approx 5000 rs I will have to spend just to know the course fee. When I talked with Lakme consultant she said that they don't have such policy to disclose the amount.. Lakme must know worth of rs 5K. It's not small amount. And please provide all the details on phone

This is making my lips dry and it is totally not suiting me
I either want a refund or return back for replacement with lipgloss or any other

I came from Australia to India to get marry, didn’t had enough time to look for good salons.
I trusted the brand name. Now I am regretting.
Don’t fell in their trap of bridal packages. They ruined my big day. I opted for designer bridal makeup package. Makeup got melt within the first few hours. They burnt my whole body while waxing. Very unprofessional staff. Paid 6500 for bridal nails extensions. Extensions fell off within first 2 days. They overcharged me for everything seeing I came from overseas. I spoke to owner and told her about all my concerns didn’t get much response from her.
Please don’t ruin ur big day by visiting this salon.

Got hair smoothening treatment done from lakme salon Mehsana Gujrat just 6 days back on 5 feb 2023 but my hair are as it was before the treatment ..frizy and curly...no much difference...I complaint the salon but didn't get satisfactory answer ...my 4500rs and 5 hours got wasted...I want complete refund

I got hair smoothening treatment done on 5 feb 2023 from lakme salon mehsana gujrat but there is much difference on my just after very first wash ...only after 4 days of treatment my hair are as frizzy and curl as before the treatment...I wnet to salon to complaint but did, nt get satisfactory answer...i, m using the same professional shampoo and conditioner as suggested by them ... my 4500rs and 5 hours got wasted ...I want complete refund

I got my hair smoothening done at Lakme salon keshavbaug on 17 th january 2023 at Ahmedabad. The person who did straightening on my hair told me that as my hair are chemical treated earlier too so it may be a bit dry and I was okay with that but after first wash my front hair have become frizzy.. Which was not conveyed to me...I called up at lakme salon regarding this issue but the person started arguing and talking loudly with me regarding the same. I told him that I want a solution to the problem instead of argument.
The way of talking is very rude and impolite.
I am using professional shampoo and conditioner for straight hair so there is no question of any damage.
Hope to get a solution soon.

I feel very bad as I am unable to use these lipsticks now as they have become very messy.
