I placed an order on Purplle (Order No.[protected] on **5 February 2026**, and the parcel was received on the same day, 5 February 2026.

urgent complaint prepaid order not delivered despite multiple arriving today updates

This is to bring to your urgent attention a highly disappointing experience regarding my prepaid order (Order ID: 9***********4 | AWB No: 30**********56) placed on 18th October. The expected delivery date was 28th October, but till date, the order has not been delivered.

For the past five consecutive days, I have been receiving repeated messages saying “Arriving Today”, yet no delivery attempt or call has been made...

I placed an order of 5 items from Purplle on 29.09.2025 and received it on 01.10.2025. Out of these, 3 products were delivered in terrible condition:

1. Mars Ink Pen Eyeliner (₹223) — already opened, plastic wrapping missing, branding faded.

2. Maybelline Fit Me Foundation (₹197) — seal damaged, product spilled all over the delivery box.

damaged, broken and leaked products

Scammy app-I ordered multiple cosmetic items from Purplle.com. Out of those, some arrived broken and others were leaking badly. Additionally, the free gift that was clearly shown at the time of purchase was missing from the parcel.

I had uploaded proper proof with clear images, but they falsely claimed that no images were submitted. The return request was rejected with the usual excuse of “quality checked” —...

I orderd some products from purplle on 3rd jan worth 3446 rs .it was supposed to be delivered on 7 th jan till now its not delivered . Everyday i gets resheduled today is 11 th jan now it got resheduled to 13 th . 1 week passed after the expected date of delivery. No response from customer service too. Either give my money back or deliver the goods. If your app cant deliver goods to a place please choose the option not deliverable to that location other than looting money

    Fraud&Cheating by the delivery agent

    I am ordered the product on November 29 the has not at been delivered to me after allowed of compliance there delivery agent in our area called us, then told does this is calling from my own number and can reach you after calling for delivery of the order after that we bought a code that come on our SMS saying that delivery would be done today or tomorrow morning and at around 8 o'clock we received a message in our mail and also via whatsapp...

    Complaint Regarding Missing Items in Order ID 63014545 and Request for Refund
    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Purple Company regarding my recent order with Order ID: 63014545, placed on Saturday, 17th August 2024. The order consisted of 10 items, but upon receipt, I found that only 5 items were delivered. The package appeared to be well packed and in good condition, so I did not anticipate any issues with the contents.

    Below is the list of missing items along with their respective values:

    1. Alps Goodness 100% Natural Neem Comb (Pack of 1) - ₹202
    2. MARS Infinity Lip Palette - 03 (36 g) - ₹270
    3. BBLUNT Salon Secret High Shine Creme Hair Colour with Silk Protein - Chocolate Dark Brown - 100 g - ₹225
    4. MARS Hue Gel Eyeliner with Waterproof & Smudgeproof Formula - Black & Blue Colour 6g - ₹229
    5. Free Minimalist 6% Oats Cleanser Mini 20 ml - ₹0

    Total Value of Missing Items: ₹926

    I immediately raised a complaint through the Purple app, hoping for a resolution. However, their customer service team has not been helpful. They have repeatedly stated that all items were delivered as per their internal checks, despite the fact that I only received half of my order.

    The missing items have caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of assistance from Purple's customer service has only compounded the issue. I believe it is only fair to request a refund for the undelivered products, amounting to ₹926.

    I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that I receive a refund for the items I have not received. I am attaching all relevant documents, including the order confirmation, the complaint lodged with Purple, and any correspondence related to this issue.

      Cancel my prepaid order I didn't get my money back

      I purchased from purplle app on 6 th march 2024 and also paid online. Order I'd[protected].Then the delivery date was 7 th march. But the delivery was delayed upto 9 th march . I cancel my prepaid order and the delivery agent returned product. My money is not credited till today. Please be back my money immediately... They said money is refunded. Immediately issue my money otherwise complained to consumer court....

      I reported a non working electronic product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund.Why will i keep something that is not working
      . And the reason they say is too
      many returns from ur account wherein
      they didn't provide "not working" option as a reason for return request

      Later I spoke to customer care and selected the correct issue, still they rejected the return request...

      ...i reported a used product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund. Why will i keep something that is used. And the reason they say is too many returns from ur account wherein this is my first return request ever sent. I hate purple.               Hi this is to inform that i order 2 items from purplle app on 18th of september, i received my order on 21st september ..i received a near to expiry product from purplle ..the product name was glamrs fuzz off worth rs 625 ..the expiry date on the product was october 2023...i rasied return request in purplle customer care via email and after so many calls and chats and sharing images with them ..they raised return request for the same and product was taken from me on 23rd of september in morning...and from 23rd sep till 26th sep .. i was calling them & they said the product is in transit ...we ll refund after the product reached and from 27th september none of there numbers are reachable ...all the numbers are going busy and engage ..i have also chat with there customer support, everytime they we ll initiate call for you ...you ll recieve call in 2 - 3 hours but i never receive even a single call from them... they are really pathetic ...i seriously regretting after ordering from them ...i would request to please do the needful asap and reimburse money from them. ...i will be highly obliged to you

                I am normally used Nykaa for cosmetics online shopping. 1st time i saw purplle add on facebook so i want to try new. But i thoght its buggest mistake. order no. 40735839 Maybeline Lipstick is color is tottaly different shown on platfrom. I request for refurn 02 times online and 1 time by email. But they always reject to return request. They are giving the reason " Images not correct " I know images are correct they dont want to return the product. I am so much tired now. I cant do anything. but in future i never use purple and never recommend purplle anybody.

                I tried so many online platform amazon, flipkart, nykkaa, meesho. They all are very good.
