Complaint Regarding Missing Items in Order ID 63014545 and Request for Refund
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Purple Company regarding my recent order with Order ID: 63014545, placed on Saturday, 17th August 2024. The order consisted of 10 items, but upon receipt, I found that only 5 items were delivered. The package appeared to be well packed and in good condition, so I did not anticipate any issues with the contents.
Below is the list of missing items along with their respective values:
1. Alps Goodness 100% Natural Neem Comb (Pack of 1) - ₹202
2. MARS Infinity Lip Palette - 03 (36 g) - ₹270
3. BBLUNT Salon Secret High Shine Creme Hair Colour with Silk Protein - Chocolate Dark Brown - 100 g - ₹225
4. MARS Hue Gel Eyeliner with Waterproof & Smudgeproof Formula - Black & Blue Colour 6g - ₹229
5. Free Minimalist 6% Oats Cleanser Mini 20 ml - ₹0
Total Value of Missing Items: ₹926
I immediately raised a complaint through the Purple app, hoping for a resolution. However, their customer service team has not been helpful. They have repeatedly stated that all items were delivered as per their internal checks, despite the fact that I only received half of my order.
The missing items have caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of assistance from Purple's customer service has only compounded the issue. I believe it is only fair to request a refund for the undelivered products, amounting to ₹926.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that I receive a refund for the items I have not received. I am attaching all relevant documents, including the order confirmation, the complaint lodged with Purple, and any correspondence related to this issue.
