Purplle.com — Purplle lied to me! Purplle is neither giving my refund nor my products! It's a fraud company!

I ordered a few products from purplle on 14th of September (awb no :[protected], order I'd :[protected] but I never received them. Still on the 16th of the same month, it showed that my products has been delivered. I didn't received them nor I shared my otp with anyone where are my products?? It was a prepaid order. I ordered a few products from purplle but I had not received them still it's showing that the products has been delivered. Order id : 27869485

I have made an order on 29 August.. But I was not satisfied with the product... It was 16 plume brushes so I raised a return request.. Due to some issues the first three request had some image and reason issues from my side but In the last request I clearly sent the images of all products.. Please return them.. I have called your customer care multiple times but they said the product can't be returned...

I ordered a ny bae 5 in 1 lipstick and livon hair serum on 9 august. And the estimated date was 14 august. But i haven't received the product yet. Order details shows the product is in transit. It's been many days after the estimated date. My order is continuesly delaying first they give the estimate date 14 Aug then 19 Aug then 20 aug then again 21 Aug now it's 22 Aug How long should i wait for the product.

    Purplle.com — Payment is stuck fraud company

    Hi I order twice from purplle at a same time for both time amount is debited from my account and in purplle website it's showing awaiting payment confirmation from 2 days. Their executive confirm me that they received the payment but their is some technical issue at their side. Now I am unable to cancel the order and my payment is stuck with them from 2 days i contacted them multiple times they are not giving any proper resolution just asking...

    I ordered few things on July 28 2022 I recieved my order and there asome products are damaged so i raised return request but my return request is rejected for repeated many times return request reason.my amount is 2537 which is stuck due to that damaged product which I don't want to use.they are not picking up the order and rejecting continuously my request.please help me.there are lot of issues foundation bottle pump is not working primer...

    I was order some item on 7 July, expected delivery date is 12 July but today is 26 july but my order are not received. i thing i was order prepaid that's way purplle and courier partner no buddy intrastate about my order.

    I had initiated return of products received under the above mentioned order id on account of receipt of damaged goods. The delivery box and the products were damaged. I was told to provide some pictures again via email through the link provided by purplle.     I can't imagine purplle send me date over products bcus of them my skin started burning n I got lots of issues into my face I can't imagine why they do this why they don't do their work properly I will never buy anything from purplle now I see lots of changes into my skin lots of pimples... Please take strict actions bcus of our date over products in my face their are lots of pimples please nobody buy anything from purplle it's my kind reqst

      Hello ! Purplle team .
      Previously u guys used to deliver every small products to my pincode but right now every product to my pincode is undeliverable .

        My product is missing from my order.. 1 ltr shampoo is missing and the delivery boy take money of all the products... full payment of 844 is done by me... But when I open the box the shampoo was missing from it... Then I raise the query but nothing resolved...         Purplle.com — Purplle lied that my prepaid order is delivered to me. Purplle neither delivering me my prepaid order nor returning my money.

        Still my prepaid order is undelivered to me and one week ago Purplle sent me message that it is delivered to me but it is never delivered to me. Purplle delivery person never conatcted me and Purplle delivery person never delivered to me my prepaid order. And Purplle is now neither returning my money nor sending products so that it can be delivered to me now. Four days ago they informed me that delivery person gave my prepaid order somewhere...

        Purplle.com — My prepaid order is undelivered to me but purplle sent me message that it is delivered.

        Delivery person never contacted me and I did not receive prepaid order that I placed. I got message that my order is delivered but it is not delivered to me. Purplle showing that my prepaid order is delivered but it is not. Please return my money or deliver to my prepaid order products. I also tried to contact purplle customer care but I have not received any response....

          I had ordered on purple. I received it on 2nd March after one hour I requested to return it. I didn't know their return policy so the convenient thing I decided the quality material and less quantity. They rejected by saying that it's against our policy. Their customer care told me to request again and describe your problem. I told them that product is used and its paper seal is broken. I couldn't explain it very long. So again and again...

          I placed an order for few items from the purplle app. However after making payment, it showed verification pending and after few minutes it said "payment not confirmed" and order status failed. But money got debited from my bank account. How long before i get the money back?

          The payment for Order 22926187 could not be confirmed; hence the order has been marked failed. If the amount is debited, It would reflect back in your source account in 2-4 working days but in certain cases, due to delay at the payee bank's end, it may take up to 7 working days.

          Your order 22927753 and 22926207 was were dispatched on 27/02/2022 from our warehouse and is currently in transit. You will receive the shipment in 3 to 5 working days (Which excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays as the Courier partners don't operate).

          You can also track the status of your order/shipment on our app/website by going to Profile >My orders > Select your order > Track shipment

          If you have not received the amount in the given time frame, we request you to check the order status in case it is confirmed. If not, please contact your bank, for further assistance as the issuing bank may have declined the charge if the name or account details entered do not match the bank’s records.

          In the case of cashback offer availed, the cashback amount will be credited to the Purplle wallet within 1-2 working days
