damaged, broken and leaked products

Scammy app-I ordered multiple cosmetic items from Purplle.com. Out of those, some arrived broken and others were leaking badly. Additionally, the free gift that was clearly shown at the time of purchase was missing from the parcel.

I had uploaded proper proof with clear images, but they falsely claimed that no images were submitted. The return request was rejected with the usual excuse of “quality checked” — even though...

Rescheduling of product

I orderd some products from purplle on 3rd jan worth 3446 rs .it was supposed to be delivered on 7 th jan till now its not delivered . Everyday i gets resheduled today is 11 th jan now it got resheduled to 13 th . 1 week passed after the expected date of delivery. No response from customer service too. Either give my money back or deliver the goods. If your app cant deliver goods to a place please choose the option not deliverable to that...

Fraud&Cheating by the delivery agent

I am ordered the product on November 29 the has not at been delivered to me after allowed of compliance there delivery agent in our area called us, then told does this is calling from my own number and can reach you after calling for delivery of the order after that we bought a code that come on our SMS saying that delivery would be done today or tomorrow morning and at around 8 o'clock we received a message in our mail and also via whatsapp...

When i was holding the parcel then the delivery man ask to see the parcel but he intentionality touches my chest and that to two times... So i want you strictly take action regarding this situation......

Cancel my prepaid order I didn't get my money back

I purchased from purplle app on 6 th march 2024 and also paid online. Order I'd[protected].Then the delivery date was 7 th march. But the delivery was delayed upto 9 th march . I cancel my prepaid order and the delivery agent returned product. My money is not credited till today. Please be back my money immediately... They said money is refunded. Immediately issue my money otherwise complained to consumer court....

I reported a non working electronic product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund.Why will i keep something that is not working
. And the reason they say is too
many returns from ur account wherein
they didn't provide "not working" option as a reason for return request

Later I spoke to customer care and selected the correct issue, still they rejected the return request...

...i reported a used product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund. Why will i keep something that is used. And the reason they say is too many returns from ur account wherein this is my first return request ever sent. I hate purple. Please do not use this app. Very angry😡..and now they replied check email and all of that but they will still say the same in email that too many return requests..purple is scam...this is my hard earned money and i need it...the product was nicolips lip balm...order id 45108931

          Hi this is to inform that i order 2 items from purplle app on 18th of september, i received my order on 21st september ..i received a near to expiry product from purplle ..the product name was glamrs fuzz off worth rs 625 ..the expiry date on the product was october 2023...i rasied return request in purplle customer care via email and after so many calls and chats and sharing images with them ..they raised return request for the same and product was taken from me on 23rd of september in morning...and from 23rd sep till 26th sep .. i was calling them & they said the product is in transit ...we ll refund after the product reached and from 27th september none of there numbers are reachable ...all the numbers are going busy and engage ..i have also chat with there customer support, everytime they we ll initiate call for you ...you ll recieve call in 2 - 3 hours but i never receive even a single call from them... they are really pathetic ...i seriously regretting after ordering from them ...i would request to please do the needful asap and reimburse money from them. ...i will be highly obliged to you

            I am normally used Nykaa for cosmetics online shopping. 1st time i saw purplle add on facebook so i want to try new. But i thoght its buggest mistake. order no. 40735839 Maybeline Lipstick is color is tottaly different shown on platfrom. I request for refurn 02 times online and 1 time by email. But they always reject to return request. They are giving the reason " Images not correct " I know images are correct they dont want to return the product. I am so much tired now. I cant do anything. but in future i never use purple and never recommend purplle anybody.

            I tried so many online platform amazon, flipkart, nykkaa, meesho. They all are very good.

              I have placed my order on sep 2 the estimated delivery is sep 6 but the delivery has been postponed by the app on sep 8 now it again postponed to sep 10 even though when i checked their delivery partner site it shows my order had reached the destination a day before but it still postponed

                    Dear purplle this is my first time order from the app of purplle and it got expired products in my order I tried to return them but the request rejected due to the system suspicion I am a first time user and my friend ordered it for me and payment with his Paytm as I don't use any online payment services due to I am minor as I applied for the return of the expired products a mail from purplle came and connect me with some others mail telling me that I am unable to raise a return as multiple return are recorded by our system which I never know I request you to please accept the return of the expired products thanks

                      Hi,
                      I ordered bella vita perfume and neutrogena hydro boost on 30th may. It was a prepaid order. The delivery time took so long than expected so I cancelled the order and in the app it was mentioned not to accept the order when attempted for delivery so I declined the order when the delivery partner reached out to me. But in the app it is marked as delivered and I complained about it to the customer care but its still not resolved and its has been more than a month im still following up on this. The customer support is so irresponsible

                      With regards to this complaint, the customer placed an order ID[protected] on 30/05/2023, the order was dispatched on the same day from our Manash Bangalore Warehouse - FC and delivered to the customer on 07/06/2023 through our Delhivery Heavy courier partner.

                      The customer contacted us many times for the order, we had escalated this case to the courier and we have received an update that the order has been delivered to the customer. Also, we have proof of delivery attached below.

                      The order was not delivered to me. Kindly track the delivery boy. He did not give the package to me
