I received my order on 3rd October. One of the products was perfectly fine, but the other product, a 2-in-1 lipstick with a liner, was damaged. The lipstick part appears to be fine, but the liner was damaged when I received the product.

I have already raised a return/refund request four times, and every single time my request has been rejected stating that the image is missing. However, I have uploaded the required images every...

I am unable to place an order because an out-of-stock freebie is automatically added to my cart. There is no option to remove the freebie. I have tried removing and re-adding the qualifying product, but the same out-of-stock freebie is automatically added again. Since I have not been able to place the order, I don't have an Order ID to raise an order-related complaint. Please remove/fix the unavailable freebie so I can complete my purchase....

Hi,

I placed an order on 17th May, and at the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was shown as 21st May. However, as of today (24th May), the order has still not been delivered. Now the status has been updated to 26th May, and it shows “in transit” with a note that it has been misrouted from a nearby courier facility.

This delay is very disappointing, especially since the delivery date has already...

Scammy app-I ordered multiple cosmetic items from Purplle.com. Out of those, some arrived broken and others were leaking badly. Additionally, the free gift that was clearly shown at the time of purchase was missing from the parcel.

I had uploaded proper proof with clear images, but they falsely claimed that no images were submitted. The return request was rejected with the usual excuse of “quality checked” — even though...

I was told to provide some pictures again via email through the link provided by purplle. But I didn’t receive the mail maybe due to some technical glitch so the customer support executive asked me to get my registered email id changed and place a new return request. So as...

I had ordered an curling wand at this site which cost me around Rs1187. But from the next day itself the order status showed pending. I tried to call their customer care centre, but, all I get to hear is that customer care executives are busy. They wouldn't reply to my mailed queries. In short, I was only robbed. I wonder whether their address is fraud or not. I want my money back and this site banned. The people behind this crime should...
