I placed an order with Purplle on 23th March 23 for 4 products. None of which were ever delivered .
Later when I checked on consecutive days, the product was marked as delivered by on 29th March 2023.
On contacting the customer care, the response was 'There might be some delay from the courier guy and will be delivered shortly and was told to coordinate it directly with the courier guy .'
I tried to contact the courier guy and was told it'll be delivered to me. Thereafter he stopped picking the phone . After that the product was shown delivered without delivery .
I raised the same within 48hrs . I was told that they will look into it and escalate the issue and no action has been taken till take .
I have been cheated for a certain amount, please help me.

With regards to order ID 43533743, we have processed the refund of Rs 204.33/[protected] at 12:26:22 p.m) and Rs305.59/[protected] at 12:27:14 p.m)
With regards to order ID 43898119, we have processed the refund of Rs 286.00/[protected]:07:21 p.m) and initiated Rs 4.00/[protected]:20:10 p.m)
As the refund is processed, it takes 1-2 working days for it to get reflected in your bank account under the name "Cashfree".
