The shoe delivered was off the size that I ordered but I would like to exchange the product for a size bigger which is in accordance with your return/exchange policy.

Its been a long time now, and I am asking this from first day, these small size shoes are of no use for me please exchange this.

I had ordered a pair of mens shoe from Boots &Beyong. coup;e of issue with the pair

1. Material used is not good, as it is torned from laces hole section,
2. Inside shoe lining was visible from outer white sole,
3. Fit is not comfortable, tight from forefoot

upon sharing the concern, they asked for more images which was shared.

this was when they begun with all false allegation. stating that the product was used, which it wasnt. & also statement like "As discussed with you" which was not done ever.

they are false company. pls dont buy anything from them.

I have ordered 3 shoes and 2 of them have some damage which i have communicated to them but they are not ready for return or exchange.
Also, one more shoe is small and they are not exchanging for size.

Boots and Beyond" is a scam website. They display something onn their website, send you some other size . I ordered 10 size shoe but thy sending 7 size shoe. When I request to exchange the product not responding and saying can’t Accept the exchange. As per thy exchange policy product not used . I’m not used product also not responding ..

"Boots and Beyond" is a scam website. They display something onn their website, send you some other scrap and they don't respond to your emails for the return. They vanish in thin air!

Hi have order a 5 size shoe from Boots and Beyond . When I raised for return request they are saying we can’t offer ur request. Insist of sending me a wrong size now they are refusing to send me the correct product .

When I received the order, I saw that the shoes are of very cheap quality and also the shoes have stains and seems like to be used before I received them . When I raised my complain about this, they are saying that they can't offer me return. I've ordered a Kickstarter premium lace up sneakers (Order no - #BBN2058423).Now I want to exchange it because of size fit issue. I've ordered size 9 but it doesn't fit me well so I want a replacement with small size 8. And also the shoes I've received is different from what is displayed over website. I recently ordered shoes from this site. I had seen a multiple ads on Instagram to this site and this is how I was happen to know this particular website. I spoke to the Instagram page of boots and beyond and they confirmed that they have 7 days return and 30 days exchange. I requested for a return for poor quality on the same day through email as there was no response on calls or texts or WhatsApp. They maintain a very poor customer care support and refused for a return or exchange. So i request the government to take action against this scam sites and help others customers aware of such websites.

They've delivered wrong size shoe, and refusing to take the return. Tried to communicate with them for 2 days and they are cutting the call after 2-3 times.

They are not exchanging neither taking return. This product is not being used and is in the same condition with the package.

Very bad service from their side.

I ordered shoes from Boots and Beyond and upon receiving, I realised that the shoes are of bad quality and even the fitting is not comfortable.

After mailing them about the same, they mailed back stating that they cannot offer a refund without any rationale.

Please who ever is reading, do not buy stuff from BOOTS & BEYOND!

I have purchased a shoe from boots and beyond but the shoe size does not fits even the quality is very cheap i wanted to return the shoe but they are not responding properly not even responding for txt nor calls.

I only wear those one to try the size.
i've asked them for return or exchange within 28 days as per their policy but after sending all the photos of the shoes they requested to verify, the now refusing to accept return/exchange.

H I've ordered a rostory casual sneakers (cream and white colour). I want to return it because of size fit issue. I've ordered size 8 but received 6 and also the worst packaging I've ever seen. The shoes I've received is different from what I've received. They're not replying mails messages not picking up the call and also blocked my number.

Never buy shoes from Boots and Beyond...third class quality...only survive will be max 4 months...they wont change or listen your complaints

I ordered a pair of shoes from SHoes and Beyond, and received within a couple of days.
I didn't like the quality and mailed them instantly to pick the shoes back and enable the return and then refund the complete amount.
But now they have stopped responding, they have even blocked me on Social Media pages.
And I am not the only one facing such issue

After that taking 2days time when I started doing follow up thru mail and WhatsApp they responded and said that they will not take return as it’s not under their policy but it was clearly mentioned on their website that they will return the payment
