I have purchased B protein from a Medical shop.I found it has become Hard after opening the seal.Then we found that it was manufacutured in Apr 19 and good to use it for 24 months.The medical shop says that they can not replace.Matter to be taken up with British biologicals.

We have found small pieces of so many bugs/worms/insect inside the b-protin box which has been bought today[protected] from om sai medical and general store. Could you kindly take action and refund the amount as soon as possible.
Amount :229 (Attached bill with the mail).

Images may not be clear as insects are too small.

I am working in a Pharma Company in Assam, the company has issued a Health card from Medi Assist and it covers me, wife and my son.The Complaint is that my son was hospitalized in a nurshing home in Silchar, Assam on 29th Oct'16 and the hospital which is not listed in the Medi Assist's Hospital List so I paid the Medical Bill of Rs.12600.When I Approached to customer care for Medi Assist for the Medical Reimbursement for the same value they told me that I have to submit the Medical bill along with download copy of Reimbursement form from their site.So I did it.After a few days they update on their site that it has been approved and they told me that it will be credited on my Bank Account on the Dec'16 and so on when ever I just call them they told me that it will be credited on after 7 days etc..Still I am not getting the same reimbursement value.
